Bhaiya ji, mujhey splendor 1997 model ka full engine bore / service karna hai and abki baar 0.75 mm piston dalega but mechanic bola app new engine kit dalwao, because 0.75mm piston dalwane se mileage (average) kamm milega aur agar full engine kit (0.00mm) ki dalwatey hain toh maximum mileage milega. Kya yeh baat sahi hai?
Second question:- 0.75mm piston size compare big hota hai toh krta uski torque zeyada nahi ho jayega agar mileage girta bhi hai toh?
Abb end main mujhey two problem samjh nahi aa rhi hain :- 1) full engine kit dalwane se mera +-1000₹ kharcha zeyada hoga (total 5500 to 6000) but mileage 70tak de dega to infuture Paisa pura ho jayega. (2 issue):- Agar 0.75mm bore karwata hu toh servicing mere budget main jarur hogi lekin kya woh karana theek rahega (value for money) ?

Yes, Some of them like Engine port & polishing, Highlift cam, Time belt alteration can harm 'if not done properly'
