In the IMR691 issue: The designer renovated a two-bedroom apartment in a Brezhnev-era building from 1975 for flipping. All communications, electrical wiring, floors were replaced, and the bathroom was combined. The balcony was glazed and wrought iron railings were installed. Some of the furniture was custom-made based on the designer's sketches, while the rest of the furniture and lighting were bought at flea markets.
