I went to his 1DeadMan Show in Pittsburgh, PA last November and the theater did not allow us to have our phones. They were placed in locked pouches and we were not allowed to access our phones whatsoever. I did not criticize it only because I still got to see The Undertaker. I have no clue if all of his events establish that policy or if it is just a select few events. But for those who are wondering if it is worth it to go, it honestly is. I would assume the Sydney meet & greet sold out almost immediately when tickets went on sale a couple months ago. The Perth one was gone within a couple minutes
