Bulgaria's song this year is of such good quality... It really should be top 5.
Personally, I don't like slow songs and I can't listen to them longer. But "Tears getting sober" changed everything, I can't stop listening to this song! Well done Victoria great job! I will keep listening to the song! For me, Bulgaria already won the hearts of Eurovision fans!
Super bored from commercial fireworks and naked bodies! Super tired from songs, which we forget, as soon as they finish. This is so different and so unique for Eurovision. This song is all about feelings, for everybody who is into a hard moment or in a special emotional phase! There are two type of reactor:
- those who judge and label the song very quicky just because of the genre or the tiniest similarities with some other artist
- those who actually willing to feel and be moved by a song no matter what type of music the song is

From boredom to crying out in joyful release - my feelings exactly! The beginning made me scream "no, not another borefest!", and then I was like: Slay queen, give me more of your "sweet bruises"! Honesty, for me this is the best Bulgarian entry so far and TOP 3 worthy. IMO it's better than Beautiful Mess and most of the ballads, infesting this years contest. Today I heard the LIVE version and it's definitely better than my previous number 1: Alcohol You. Thank you Bulgaria for making me sober once again. :)

Every time when I heard "Billie Eilish kind of music" I am really happy that I never listen Billie Eilish before, because I am not comparing these songs with Billie Eilish.

If Bulgaria were named Sweden, all those stupid excuses and blames would have been missing from the beginning and it would have been a winner for several times already.

It is the same with every country, if they were named Sweden, they could win a couple of times
I'm from Sweden, so I'm obviously biased.
But I really don't think Sweden gets any special treatment. Sweden usually sends a well produced generic pop song. And while some people find that boring, a lot of people really like that kind of music. If people didn't, it wouldn't be generic.
Half of the votes in the national selection are from the international juries. So of course the Eurovision juries like what Sweden send, they more or less chose it. And with Sweden having such an extensive selection process and being so successful within the music industry outside of Eurovision, I don't think it should come as a surprise that Sweden often does so well.
Miceal is one of my favorite reactors on here. He usually has my favorite commentary and insight. Even on this reaction, his lack of commentary is incredibly powerful.

I loved Miceal's reaction!!!❤️❤️❤️ I'm not from Bulgaria, but it's my number 2 so far. Most of the song may be low key, but it's very sweet and full of emotion. There's also a beautiful peak at the chorus in the end, with all the musical instruments! Somebody mentioned there may be some changes, and if so, it would be a good idea to make the chorus in the middle of the song more noticeable.
Why negative people always are so loud? I've watched this reaction twice because I wanted just Miceal's. It's so moving!
There's nothing negative here. Members of this channel are eurovision fans who are here to share their opinions about the songs. believe it or not people who don't share your opinion exist. But you cannot cope with it hence you calling them negative and being loud about it. Maybe competitions aren't for you
@@ksica it's the Norwegian girl saying it's not good or rather she was "hoping to be good" and she seemingly paid 0 attention to the lyrics or overall meaning of it that might come off as frustrating.. but calling a song "not good" is generally subjective so.. to each their own I guess

To everyone saying it's boring: Can you ever appreciate an emotional song? Cause like, I get it, y'all want 41 Fuegos, that's fine, but there has to be a moment in your day to day life where you'd be like "Ok, now I wanna listen to something a little more chill and with emotional dept", or am I wrong and people really do only listen to Fuego type songs?
I do appreciate an emotional song. But it doesnt mean that I have to like every single one of those types of songs. This did not touch me as much as it did to Miceal for instance, and you know why? Because we are different people with different feelings and opinions. Please respect that, thank you :)

SOMEHOW!, it could be the winner 2020. Why ? If reminds me of that something special what happened around Salvador Sobral. A pretty, warm, pleasant, smooth, a warm chocolate on a winter day .-) .... This sung hugs you, like Sobral did.
I dont know but almost all winner songs are shit. I remember norwey violin fairytale and it was very melodic, serbian winner 2007, and thats it almost. Also we all rember israel 2008. Today everyone sing on english and its generic and pathetic. I didnt watch last few contests but dutch winner was good, something like coldplay. Portugal winner before few yeara was one of worse songs i ever heard but i never liste really careful full song. I appriciete all kinds of songs but winner should be musical melodical something that people will remember and sing and not some boring crying slowmotion. My favourite is The roop-on fire Lithuanian song. Only authentic song. Norwegian and italian songs are beautiful too. I cant consider rap newage songs as winners but who knows, i dont count them as participants however. So almost all rest songs are slowmotion and boring, Iceland is authentic but not really for top 3. Iceland and bulgaria are top 2 to bet and 3th is lithuania. For me iceland and bulgaria should be 10th but who knows

A very moving song. Hope this can do well.
How can anyone say a song is not getting anywhere after listening to it for less than 20 seconds? The younger generation definitely needs a little more patience. And this song is amazing just because it doesn't follow the usual routine people expect. It creates an atmosphere just by keeping it down. And those harmonies, those instrumental arrangements, Victoria's voice - all this makes this a very special song. And even after listening to it so many times, it still touches me the way it touches Micael. And as he said: If a song is able to touch people, it is a very good song.
Totally with Miceal on this one, absolutely soul achingly beautiful , Anyone who thinks Eurovision is still all Bang-A-Ding-A-Digeloo need look no further. This, Fai rumore, Alcohol You, Grow are all very deep songs. and take the contest to new levels. I get a bit sick of all the Billie Eilish comparrisons. its a female singer singing a delicate song. plenty of other female artists were doing similar music long before Eilish was born (Kate Bush, Bjork, Sinéad O'Connor etc etc). I don't think this is the winner but it would be fine by me if it was.

@yTac Ireland In fact, Kate Bush was inspired by Bulgarian folklore and she even made an album with our folk singers.
@yTac Ireland Recently, Lisa Gerrard has been singing with some part of "The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices" as well. It's so sad to see someone tell, that our folklore is similar to Lisa or some soundtrack of a movie, as it's used a lot in Hollywood as well.
I think, this song can only touch people, who have wounds and scars during their life, the rest would not connect with it. Miceal, Bulgaria loves you !!

This is so true. So many of the female contestants are being compared to other artists, even other entries. No music is 100% original, there's no real use in categorizing specific types of songs as sounding like specific artists (unless its plagiarism ofc)

I like this sound and I thought about the song from Portugal 2017 that was very different from the other songs. I have liked the songs from Bulgaria the latest years so I think it´s time for them to win now.
I personally love this kind of song, slow and atmospheric.. This song reminds me of Slovenia last year (which I love) but on a different direction.
I always cry when I listen
Girl at 1:36 isn't even halfway through the song and yet she's like "Is that it? Is that where we're gonna go?" mhmm ...? If you stop the song after the first minute, yes then that would be it. If you listen to the entire thing, then you'll find out.
Also "How are they gonna do this on stage..." uhm...? The same way they did it in the video lol it's literally ALL Victoria and good camera work + good set. She acting like there are special effects Avengers Endgame style lol.
I don't understand why Bulgaria's haters are always the loudest lol. They're like "oh no, Bulgaria released a good song in our Bad Song Contest it's not fair, now they have a shot at winning by default!!1" well... maybe if all countries release a good song then... yeah.
With that said, I completely understand if some people are irritated by the fact that the song sounds like Billie Eilish (even though she didn't invent this style). But apart from that it's still an objectively STELLAR entry by Bulgaria at the very least and is easily top 5 best songs this year.

So many people complaining about Victoria being compared to Billie Eilish, but I think it’s actually a good thing. Both are great artists who share similar styles. Maybe even the similarities might bring the song some more attention. I’d much prefer to listen to either of there songs rather than some trashy song on the radio right now
