Swift dzire diesel வாங்க ஆசைப்பட்டேன்.Swift கே diesel Engine கொடுத்தது Fiat தான் னு கேள்விப்பட்டு Fiat linea வாங்கினா நல்லாயிருக்கும் Fiat linea diesel 2016 வாங்கினேன்.வாங்கி Drive பண்ணும் போது தான் உணர்ந்தேன் Swift மாதிரி இல்ல,Steering கொஞ்சம் Heavyஆ Tight ஆ இருந்துச்சு ,Gear box swiftல உள்ள Smooth ness இல்ல.ஏமாந்துட்டோ னோன்னு நினச்சேன்.Fiat service centre ல போய் கேட்டேன் "Swift ல இருக்கிறது இந்த Engine(1300Cc multijet engine) ஆ இருந்தாலும் கியர் பாக்ஸ்,Steering ம் வேற,Hydraulic Power steering கொஞ்சம் Tight தான் இருக்கும், இந்த Car இப்படி தான் இருக்கும் னு சொல்லிட்டாங்க. அப்புறம் ஓரு நாள் Familyஆ Long போனேன் 400kms அப்போ தான் Fiat ன் Power& driving dynamics எல்லாமே வேற Level ல இருந்தத உணர்ந்தேன், Short distance ல அது Feel ஆகவே இல்ல.Long ல போகும் போது அந்த Hydraulic steering ஓரு நல்ல Feel ஆ கொடுத்துச்சு,ஓவ்வொரு தடவை நாங்க Long போய்ட்டு வந்த பின், 2 நாளைக்கு அப்புறம் திரும்பவும் Long போனும் னு தோணும்,கண்டிப்பா Driving experience Swift Dzire ஐ விட ரொம்ப Ultimate ஆ இருக்கு அதுல மாற்றமே இல்ல. இந்த கார் நான் இப்போ வாங்கி இரண்டரை வருசம் ஆச்சு. அதே மாதிரி 160 ல போனா கூட stability நல்லா இருக்கு brakes ஓரு Confidentஆ தருது, heavy tires நல்ல Grip கொடுக்கு. I was having chevrolet earlier I found my car headlamp and spare wheel was replaced after service. There was some issue in bumper and i was asking for spare replacement in every service but I got same response spare not available so sold the car and got Tata Tigor. I suggest better to go for current available brand and model. But good analysis video for buying used car.

We use Fiat Punto Emotion 2014 Diesel version. Till date after 56K mileage , it is maintained well like a showroom condition in all aspects. Though, we plan to change a new car, the comfort and safety aspects of Fiat Punto is preventing us not to do so. You gave a good analysis of this vehicle. Absolutely agree on the pros, no doubt Few topics missed on cons: 1. Blue and me audio problem due to wear and tear. 2. Rear brake light crack on the plastic, due to manufacturing defect. 3. AC compressor issue if it is more than 1lakh driven vehicle. 4. Clutch plate issue after 90k KM driven vehicles.
Further, I also want to add this in my previous comments. Fortunately, we had an opportunity recently to fit Fire-Fox 7" touch screen with audio system with Infinity and Blaupunkt stereo speaker boxes in our Fiat Punto for Rs.50K by the Expert Spanners Service Centre, OMR, Chennai.
You missed 1.4L petrol variant. Actually it got three engine options, 1.2 Fire, 1.4 Fire and 1.3 Diesel. 1.4L Fire is a good petrol engine which was only available in Emotion variant. It churns out 90BHP, in fact it outperforms the 1.3 multijet diesel engine cuz it's heavier than petrol model. The same you could find in Tata Manza 1.4 and Jeep compass 1.4 petrol. The main problems of this engine is it has a lot of sensors, and it is expensive to maintain than the diesel engine. But the performance is top notch. It got 90BHP and 115 NM of torque. It accelerates to 100 KMPH in 12 seconds. This engine has a turbo variant called Punto Abarth which is expensive and rare in used market. It churns out 145 BHP Coming to safety, Punto actually rated 0 despite even though it has a very strong body shell. It failed to match with the new safety norms. Coming to performance, ignore the 1.2, and both 1.4 petrol and 1.3 diesel (90 bhp version) has a great power, and it does best around the corner than a VW Polo. The body shell is also stronger this it increases the weight which is a plus point when talking about high speed stability. It remains planted till 150 kmph which most of the other hatchbacks doesn't. Spare Parts are easily available in Metropolitan Cities and will he a bit difficult in rural areas. And there's website called 99BHP, where you can order online most of the genuine spare parts, and an App called Boodmo is another source for geniune spare parts I'm using Punto for 11 years and if you people got any doubt you could always ask me out ✌🏽😁✌🏽
