    We go live every Sunday night at 8:30 PM EST on Facebook and play hymn requests from viewers!

    My husband is a Baptist Minister of Music in Oklahoma. I grew up in the Nazarene church and learned to play listening to the Nazarene pianists. When ready for a husband I prayed for a Christian that could sing and met my husband two weeks later. That was forty four years ago. The Lord is so wonderful. I enjoy you so much. Thank you for sharing such a gift. Karen

    I am a Minister of Music at a small Baptist Church in Texas and I became quite discouraged because our Pastor was Diagnosed with Covid 19 and we have had to shut down church for a while and I miss the music and accompanist and the singing . But your videos cheer me up so please don't stop doing them...

      I have survived 3 surgeries for tongue cancer. In the last one, they took the cancer out of my tongue. and they made me new one, out of the skin on my left wrist. That’s simply amazing, that medical expertise has advanced this far.

    What a talent and such a blessing to me. I am currently battling cancer and doing very well. People ask me how I stay positive and I tell them your, faith, family and friends. I grew up in the church singing solos and duets with my sister. I love these old songs and know many by heart. I have found that going through this these songs bring me great comfort. I have learned his Grace is amazing and there is power in the blood and love lifted me. Thank you for sharing your talent and please remember me in your prayers.

    I survived 3 tongue cancer surgery’s. In the last one they removed the cancerous part of my tongue, and made me a new one. They took the skin from my left wrist, and used it to make my new wrist. My daughter joked, that they should have taken it from my foot, because I was always sticking my foot in my mouth. 😅😅

    Are You Washed in the Blood! A friend of ours recorded me singing this hymn when I was about 6 or 7 on a record player. That was circa 1950! I still have that record!! And it still plays!! What fun to listen to! Maybe I’ll have it played at my going home celebration as my testimony because it’s still true for me today!

    Many people go to church for the wrong reasons. I was in touch on CZcams with a UK man who said that with all the turmoil going on now in the UK, it almost drove him to religion. One comment was from a man in the UK who said; I started going back to church for the society and values taught there, not for the faith. It breaks my heart to think so many people do not accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior. It is not the church that saves them, but acceptance of the gift of salvation through Christ's grace, free to all.

  • @winonamassingill7895
    @winonamassingill7895 Před 3 lety +1

    Tell me the Story of Jesus, is the first hymn that we sing in, in all of our first gospel meetings. After that, we don’t usually select it again. Just once, because we think that should be enough. Now we’re answering, the question of what they are going to hear, when they come to our meetings. They are going to hear what we are telling. It will be telling what the life of Jesus has been like, including his death on the cross. Now, we know how terrible the death was, that he suffered so that we should be able to spend all eternity to be with him and his, and our God.

    I agree with you on the hymn how great thou art, When I went to missionary training college many years ago it was such a joy when all the students would gather and have a sing song, This hymn was often used as a lead into devotionand or to end prayer meetings. The power of young voices singing in devotion still stays in my mind, It is my personal favourite as it still can send this old head into a place of worship when listening to it!

    Thank you again Natalie and Josh. I love the way you weave a Gospel presentation into your sessions. The tune for Like a River Glorious, you may know, is "Wye Valley''. James Mountain is said to have been inspired to compose this when visiting Capler, near Hereford. UK, which overlooks, far below, a horseshoe bend in the beautiful River Wye, and about 7 miles from where I'm privileged to live. It is, indeed a glorious view and always reminds me of this great hymn. So, thanks for that....

    I love listening to you are you put on your music every chance I get. I certainly understand the need for commercials, as I imagine this takes a great deal of time and effort. But this one had 14 or 15 commercials. You barely had time to get one song in, before they put you into another commercial. If you are in another room you cannot do anything about it. I am not being critical I just didn't know if you were aware of this. It really discourages me from listening to your beautiful music. Some of them commercials are rather inappropriate to your demographics. Thank you for all you do and all your time and effort. Again I was just when to make you aware or something that could discourage people from listening to your wonderful songs. May God continue to bless you
