Love that there's a gallon limit in your apartment but you can have limitless small tanks
Yeah, kinda defeats the purpose.
*Don't give the land owner any ideas!*
Malaka itâs in case of a mishap a lot less water damage if a tank overflows or breaks .... itâs Theoretically impossible for every single small nano tank to just all the sudden leak at once if you canât understand how that makes sense then I donât know what else to say other than make more money and buy a house lol
@@mrgrump2534 well simple donât use a sump Setup and you canât have an overflow issue. Landlords with rules like that are really taking the P. Also why canât we just live in a world where you have a deposit for a reason and if you damage your fix or lose it. đ
@@MissGlassButterfly deposit wonât cover that kind of water damage weâre talking 20k in remediation even if like a simple 125 was to break on the top floor water takes the path of Least resistance... no1 wants to take that chance and thereâs always gonna be that once slip up or that one couple that buys a used older tank off Craigslist and it leaks under pressure or worse shatters anyway itâs rare but itâs a risk assessment that is 100 % real and I can see weâre the property owners come from still sucks tho !!
Maybe a medium sized high quality acrylic tank would be fine and should not leak whatsoever.
11:15 " I know it's not much" " how dare yoouuuu!"
That 3 gallon tank would look great with Dwarf Emerald Rasboras or Chili Rasboras!
@@chickenfish9993 nah I have both in my nano tank along as they feel safe should be fine
I agree with Chilli and Emerald rasboras. Scarlett badis are nice too
Really helpful for us in apartments to see what other people do with small amounts of space or gallon limits
I should show this video to my wife to show her how reasonable it is to have several tanks around the house...lol
Our apartment has a 5 gallon limit: proceeds to put 17.. 5 gallon tanks.
I've never heard of gallon limits in apartments
I like all the small tanks. Goes to show it donât take a big tank to enjoy the hobby
Great Tour and really inspiring to see how you adapted the 5 Gal. limit to make great scapes that still bring you so much joy. Nice to see you in front of the camera again Jimmy. Looking forward for more of this great content in 2021
Maybe you could stock the ada 3gal with Scarlet Badis!
Oooh this is a great idea! Those little guys are cute! Although if I remember right they have large territories for little fish, but maybe a male/female pair would work.
Love this as much as any big tank tour. Limitations can push creativity.đâïžđ±đ â€ïž
Dang, Jimmy and Lizzie been holding out on us! REALLY beautiful tanks. I expected no less from you guys. :)
Let the nano tank craze begin! I know bigger is "better," but nano tanks that are scaped well have a certain charm that you can't get from a big tank. I've really been appreciating the beauty of nanos recently.
Love how that betta is so well traveled and loved. That's just so awesome to see.
Maybe CPD's for the ADA? I've not heard that they are serious jumpers and they would look gorgeous in there. Or maybe some kind of small tetras like the greens... I'm bad with stocking questions, but thought I'd throw it out there. :)
Love you guys. Hope to see more of you both.
Love their aquascaping style! So cool in tiny packages.
This might be the coolest fish room tour Iâve ever seen, thank you so much for making this!
Yay! Loved this video (& so glad we get to see more Lizzie! You and Jimmy are great on camera). Loved all the small yet exquisite setups.
Lovely tour. It would be great to see more home videos from other aquarium aficionados. It's wonderful to see how you both personalized your tanks. I especially liked Lizzie's mountain scapes that reflect the mountains outside the apartment. Thank you!
I always like the idea of nano aquariums, it's like taking a slice of a lake or a river, then having it on your desk. It's always so calming to look at, but really stressful to maintain lol.
Fantastic, I'm rearranging my bedroom/'fish room' right now and need to catch my breath (and some inspiration). Nano all the way, baby
Thank you Lizzie and Jimmy for bringing us into your home. I LOVE all of your tanks but Lizzie's Big rock tank is award winning stunning, I am amazed that she can bring the awesome effect of huge Washington mountains into a little tank. Lizzie, you are incredibly talented!
Thanks for sharing your home with us, Jimmy and Lizzie! Great set up.
I love your small tanks! Iâm glad you two have found happiness together in Washington State! Happy New Year, Jimmy and Lizzy! â€ïž
Jimmy and Lizzie, Thank you for sharing your tanks!
This couple should get more video appearance... like all the nano concepts. đđŒđđŒđđŒ
I'm loving the nano tank side of the hobby and all the amazing options that have come out in the past few years.
Japanese rice fish for the shallow tank, perfect for watching from the top

Ahhhhhh,it's here!!!! finally another video ,I've been dying for this now
I am inspired to do a Nano tank now. Pretty cool tanks.
I love Nanos and floating plants! These are wonderful! Thank you for sharing them with us! đ
its so easy in this hobby to just want bigger bigger bigger. its so refreshing to see how happy you guys are with smaller tanks. it makes me want more Nanos. I love scaping so the small tanks give you canvases for lots of ideas
Excellent looking tanks really enjoyed the tour!
Thanks for sharing your great nano tanks Jimmy and Lizzie! Such great inspiration!
I enjoyed your spontaneous banter. Each tank was really nice.

Really enjoyed the nano tour, I got some great ideas. Thanks.
A really cool example of taking the limitations you are given and make something beautiful out of it. Lovely nano đ± setups guys.
I love all the neat scapes you two did with the small tanks! Iâll be getting more floating plants!
Thanks for the tour Jimmy and Lizzie!

What a lovely set up! A place doesn't feel like a home without a bunch of plants.
Gorgeous! Great inspiration. Love the wooden troll guy watching over that tank in your office!

Great video as always
Very nice...thanks and have a happy new year...
You two have been very creative with your tank size limit. Looks great.
Such a fun video! Your tanks are beautiful!
Loved seeing the scaped rimless tanks! They look great! So different from what I do but I enjoy it.
My hometown is in Washington!! I absolutely love the nature and scenery.
After moving out for college, it makes me realize how much I miss and enjoyed the environment there
Looking great, beautiful tanks
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! What a Super Sunday Morning Vid! Awesome small scapes! Makes me want another. I have a 20 gal Waterbox mini cube with Endlers that I am Obsessed with. Thinking about the 22 gal rimless, but maybe I'll go smaller for affordability. My favorite floaters are the Dwarf Lettuce and Frog bit. I also keep goldies in another tank that eat any duckweed that appears. ;)
Love your aquariums!
Enjoyed the tour. Iâm more into large tanks but I understand the limitations yaâll have
Love those tanks!!!! amazing !!
Little tanks are a lot of fun to play around with! Nice video!
Awesome to see all the different ideas for small tanks
Jimmy you guys need to make more videos. I know its hard to come up with ideas. But just get like a work station and do projects that deal with ower hobby. Keep up the good work!!!! â€â€â€

Awesome thanks guys!!!
More Lizzie haha, loved the video.
love this walkthrough!
Nicely done to utilize the space you have for your tanks!
Love seeing all the nanos!
Its very inspiring to see you making beautiful scapes even in tiny aquariums
Love this!
Celestial pearl danios for the 3 gal one of Jimmy's favorite fish.
noo 10 gallon minimum
@@MP-wy1eo totally could do a small group in a 3 gallon they only grow to an inch. With proper maintenance it would be no problem.
@@jakemeade7615 I mean, you do what you want but I wouldn't put them in 3 gallons, I wouldn't even put fish in less then 5 gallons
@@MP-wy1eo that is what the whole video was about. Small fish for small tanks......?
Looks great
Amazing nano tanks!!!
You have to get it a scarlet badis in the first aquarium! (The 3 gallon)
I have mine in heavily planted individual 2.5s and they are fantastic! I love them!
Pretty cool love it
I love how u guys have shown that u don't need big tanks with monster fish to be a real nerm!!! :-D
You all did such a great job with the limitations
Thanks for letting us in for the tour, this was fun!
Those 3 gallons are awesome! I love that the clown killi and pea puffer are buds lol
Those tanks look so beautiful!
