Black owned brands deserve to be highlighted all year long so I’ll do my best to do so. Today we are talking about 3 black owned brands that have really been my go to for the last couple of months. The Brandon Blackwood Arlen bag is versatile, easy to style and a great price point. The F&W woman owned brand is smaller but just as amazing. Making bags out of Africa and employing women on the other side of the world makes me so happy! Their Sade mini luxury handbag is a must have and finally I’m unboxing some bags from BruceGlen.

Funmi, I am here for you on the comment about bucket bags. I have been falling in and out of love with them.
They are so cool to carry and when they close properly, they are magic. But when they don’t and my stuff ends up on the floor of the car I just can’t.
Those BruceGlen bags both made me smile though - cute, fun, useful and can keep its mouth shut = perfection (or best date ever 🤣🤣🤣)
