The Arceus/Mr. Mime Fusion is Kefka Palazzo from Final Fantasy VI. He's the main villain and that's his final form in his boss battle. Fittingly his signature move is called Forsaken.

More weird fusions than Mr.Mime are the ones with Pinsir and/or Parasect. Try them if you're brave enough.
