    Awesome project. Easy to learn and best for beginners.
    Btw, have you written that code yourself? It's easy to understand too. It would be helpful if you explain what your code does in the video too. Because, most youtubers just say "COPY CODE FROM DESCRIPTION BOX!!!". And, that's not what a learner should do.
    Thanks for this video btw.

    I made this car and it worked the first time! Be sure to check the Circuit Diagram because the video doesn't show all the correct instructions. Front right wheel was turning the wrong way but that was a quick fix. And the controller app changes left/right with forward/backward. But it still drives and that's sweet.

    • @seanocansey2956
      @seanocansey2956 Před 4 lety

      Not a great idea using an uno because they're not really powerful enough for flight stabilisation, but Quadcoptors or drones are really difficult to design and your better off buying a DIY kit. Besides weight and center of mass can change the performance of the drone significantly, meaning if he made one and you copied it and it wasn't the exact same, you'd have to change the code a bit.
      Anyway best of luck with what you want to build though 👍🏾

    Hi DYI Builder, thanks for the project! I am having a few issues.... 1) HC05 continues to disconnect after a few seconds. Using 2x 3.7V 18650 batteries to power the car. 2) Only M1 and M2 motor shield ports work. I have tested the motors and they are all fine. Also have managed to get all 4 motors running connected 2x to M1 port and 2x to M2 port, so the problem seems to lie with the ports themselves. Any suggestions on how to identify the actual issue and resolve it?

      1)first attach the shield then upload the code.
      2)attach your bluetooth module to the 5v and gnd (not the 9v).and tx to rx and rx to tx.
      3)use a minimum of 5volts 1 ampere power supply(I used a powerbank).

    Single Shaft TT Motor
    size: refer to the picture above
    Operating voltage: 3V~12V DC (recommended operating voltage of about 6 to 8V)
    Maximum torque: 800gf cm min (when it is 3V)
    No-load speed: 1:48
    RPM:200(when it is 4.5V)
    Load current: 170mA (when it is 4.5V)
    This Mini Electric Motor is a general purpose motor, work with batteries or solar cells perfectly Great replacement for the rusty or damaged DC gear motor on the machine.
    Used for electronic fans, electronic machine, toys, cars, robots, arduino projects, etc
    With EMC, it has strong anti-interference ability and causes no interference to micro-controller

      @Ujjal Padhan Normal Jumper wires.Purchased from amazon.Then Cut a pair of female jumper wire.Add the female end to the bluetooth module and solder the other parts to shield board Rx Tx point.

      @@mohithkumar933 Hello..
      I have identified and solved the problem.The bluetooth module is not getting enough current from the shield board. While experimenting, I just connected the 5V pin,Gnd pins direct to arduino output pins just direct below the shield,did not solder it. Add a powerbank to the main arduino board.Pull the jumper from the l293d shield.And the bluetooth stays connected for ever.

    Hi DIY Builder, thank you for sharing this wonderful video. Nice work.
    I just built it today, but now I have encounter issue: No action and no movement after connecting with BT module (HC-05) with my cell-phone. Would you please share us more information base on BT module settings? for instance, BT roles, UART rate, and other setting as well. Thanks.

      Did you install AF_Motor library at first? If you are using the same motor driver shield then you have to install it's library otherwise the car won't work

    • @gingerwasabi8993
      @gingerwasabi8993 Před 5 lety +1

      Yes, I already installed AF motor library before building this project. Also, I am using the same motor shield. Did you setup your BT baud? or other related setting? Thanks.

      You don't need to change anything in code. just select correct board and port while uploading the code. In my opinion arduino uno is better option instead of mega.
