How to make Fresh Rice Noodle Roll
This rice noodle rolls very similar to salad rolls except we used fresh rice noodles as the wrapper. It is so fresh and delicious! Try it and you might like it. 💕
Ingredients and recipes.
✔️ Batter to make Flat Rice Noodles
▪️ rice flour - 1 cup
▪️ tapioca flour - 1 cup
▪️ water - 2 cups
▪️ salt - 1/4 tsp
▪️ vegetables oil - 1 tbsp
✔️ Marinade Beef
▪️ Thin Sliced Beef - 1lb ( 450g )
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 tsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
▪️ Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Garlic Oil or Normal Cooking Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Garlic - 5cloves
- Large Onion - 1x
- Green Onion - 3x
✔️ Sauce
▪️ Water - 1 Cup
▪️ Sugar - 1/2 Cup ( 100g )
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1/4 Cup ( 65ml )
▪️ Lime Juice - 1/3 Cup ( 80ml )
▪️ Minced Garlic, Shallots and Chillies to your liking
