I am glad i saw this I am a fresher, But is it alright for me to skip the cloud practitioner cert only learning content in it and directly go for solution architect cert.

Yes definitely, you could start with the Solutions Architect Associate. Pretty much everything in the cloud practitioner is covered in that cert.
