Viewings are scheduled and once scheduled the agent should have researched you guys a little to see where you come from in order to determine the appropriate housing preference. Especially when she asked for a budget on the scene versus already knowing a budget prior to viewing. Also, if a budget is not offered always show the best properties, never assume a lesser valued property is expected.

That’s why we worked hard when we were younger. My husband passed away and my daughter is now grown and moved out. We both are able to live very comfortable from that hard work. I was also able to retire early.
Perhaps a 4 bedroom apartment townhouse or condo and make one of the rooms a closet add rolling clothes racks with your names so you can each store extra clothes. Add racks to the ceiling to slide storage containers in there to for your belongings. You three might benefit from hiring someone who is good at designing small spaces for functionality and organization. Turn that into content and a tv show 😂👍

The prices for anything above the Hill or near Pearl Street will be through the roof and within walking distance to the bars, which isn't a good thing for students in my opinion unless you're more mature than I was at that age!

Sheduer needs to get his pickup out there in that snow 🌨 ... on open highway use your cruise control no more than 7 miles over the speed limit, because the police on the Westcoast don't have anything else to do, they love giving out speeding tickets. I feel ya dilemma with finding a place with spacious rooms & reasonable rent. I moved to the Westcoast, (NV) a year ago & lucked up on a 2 bedroom, 2 baths with walk-in closets, a huge balcony in a great neighborhood for much less than $7,000 but $700 more than my place in IL. I'm trying to be patient & waiting for the housing market to improve before purchasing. I hope you guys find a place soon and hopefully you won't have to keep moving. As a 4th generational Colorado native I loved living in boulder. Such nice shopping malls and boutique. Been living in Loveland and Greeley area and also liking it.
Boulder isn’t a ski town lol I don’t know why everyone thinks that. Boulder isn’t even in the mountains. Breckenridge is a ski town. Aspen is a ski town. Beaver Creek, Keystone, and Vail are ski towns. Boulder is just a very nice town and hour from Denver and you can see the mountains from it. The only thing Boulder is missing is some diversity.
Lol they kept talking about those north Boulder foothills like they were mountains 😂. I did the same thing when I first moved to Boulder back in 1995 lol. They’ll learn quick when they go up there and further back what the real mountains look like. Head up baseline road into towards the flatirons and you’ll quickly see the difference. Caution :This sounds like price gouging, 6k-7k per month is a huge house, those small bedrooms are insulting. Look for something like three bedrooms, 2000 sq ft and up close to campus. You can house shop on the internet (3D virtual tours), then ask any agent to show the ones you like, don't give them your last name. Good Luck !!!

As a CU Boulder alum, it's cool to see my old stomping grounds. If you're looking for the biggest bang for your buck, rent an old ranch house in one of the neighborhoods off Table Mesa. Some of those houses look small from the outside, but they're huge inside. I grew a ton of weed in them back in the day. The prices for anything above the Hill or near Pearl Street will be through the roof and within walking distance to the bars, which isn't a good thing for students in my opinion unless you're more mature than I was at that age!

It's so amazing to see you guys all grown up & working together to find a place to live. Sheduer needs to get his pickup out there in that snow 🌨 ... on open highway use your cruise control no more than 7 miles over the speed limit, because the police on the Westcoast don't have anything else to do, they love giving out speeding tickets. I feel ya dilemma with finding a place with spacious rooms & reasonable rent. I moved to the Westcoast, (NV) a year ago & lucked up on a 2 bedroom, 2 baths with walk-in closets, a huge balcony in a great neighborhood for much less than $7,000 but $700 more than my place in IL. I'm trying to be patient & waiting for the housing market to improve before purchasing. I hope you guys find a place soon and hopefully you won't have to keep moving. I know those realtors found y'all 3 hilarious together.🫶🏾🤩

I’ve lived in MI all my life and at least got 4-5 more years to go, Lord willing. But I’m getting into it now! It has to be hard moving from a warm climate to snow blizzards! Lol My Dad lived in Denver CO and loved it! Going to my first Boyne Mountain Ski Resort trip to do moon biking, tubing. You gotta make it fun!
As a 4th generational Colorado native I loved living in boulder. Such nice shopping malls and boutique. Been living in Loveland and Greeley area and also liking it.

Boulder isn’t a ski town lol I don’t know why everyone thinks that. Boulder isn’t even in the mountains. Breckenridge is a ski town. Aspen is a ski town. Beaver Creek, Keystone, and Vail are ski towns. Boulder is just a very nice town and hour from Denver and you can see the mountains from it. The only thing Boulder is missing is some diversity.

Lol they kept talking about those north Boulder foothills like they were mountains 😂. I did the same thing when I first moved to Boulder back in 1995 lol. They’ll learn quick when they go up there and further back what the real mountains look like. Head up baseline road into towards the flatirons and you’ll quickly see the difference. Best of wishes to their family it’s an exciting adventure they’ll never forget.
