I think the casual representation is great because the younger people who watch these videos and haven't had the chance to see many different kinds of couples will be able to watch things like this a realize they're normal. I was 12 when I found out you could be with someone other than the opposite gender, and I feel like if more lgbtq+ couples were shown in just a casual light I might've realized sooner.

When I had a pirated version of the game my sim was a successful lawyer married to a young adult Duane Talla and a daughter, living in a mansion on Sulani's biggest lot. She went on a vacation alone and I decided to make her cheat. She was pregnant. She told Duane it was his. I accidentally deleted my game and a friend bought me the base game... Good times!

I babysit an 8 year old boy every week, he has known me and my partner since he was a baby, I have explained to him that girls can in fact date other girls, and every time I reference my girlfriend he goes "You mean your Friend?"
I think it's because his mom is currently single and dating and she probably calls guys she brings around her "friends," but it's still kinda funny that even little kids do it!
the deeply connected sentement reminded me of two sims i have right now. I had a sim live in penny pizas's apartemtn (re-furbished ofc) and i said im going to a bar, whoever i see first will be my husband. I go to the bar at oasis springs, and johnny zest shows up, im a bit unsureat first, but within 2 sim days both of our friendship AND romance bars were full. We got married, and fast foward we live in a beutiful house with a kid and a dog, johnny is following his dreams as a musician, and i stay at home and take care of the kids, with a part time barista job to pay the bills. Whnever my sim and johnny are in the same room, even for a second, they both get the "very happy" moodlet from "a sim who is very near and dear to your heart" being in the room, and honestly, these sims are my couple goals

I'm going to be honest- I didn't know what short life span was and I was confused. Sims lifes are so short! Except they arnt- I've been playing shortlived span since I got this game. I'm an idiot.
Lifespans are weird and I had my sim date someone not realize they were in different stages or whatever and so her girlfriend became an elder, and I legit quit that playthrough because I was weirded out.

Honestly, when Kayla wanted to have them have their first kiss at a nice looking spot and was kind of obsessing about it, I felt that. I always make my sims go out to a place with nice scenery for their first kiss, so I can get good screenshots. I don't really have any social media accounts that I post them on, but I just want private stuff to look back on later in life that looks pretty.

Ok tip for short lifespan legacy challenge: If you have the better schools mod my kawaii stacie, your teenage sim can flirt with classmates and it just gives some romance with other random sims, giving you a jump start on a love interest! :)
