Great tips on both the build and how to upgrade overall. Just got my first thunder cage at 22! Is it effective to just boost it up every 10 levels or more often to get to max?

yo how do you get so much energy activators? If you may can you make a video explaining on how (If you do farm for them idk if you can buy them)?
Is it recommended to do weapon readjustment on thunder cage on lower levels i.e. lower than 40? Or wait for higher levels that is 80+? Seeing as the stats change every time you upgrade a level and Fine Adjustment Control Axis early game is somewhat difficult to get early game?
Im confused at the part where you expain it as the dots beside your gun your camera hides.

I have a thunder cage that rolled a gold Electric atk mod. Does that make the dmg on the gun better or should i roll another element?
So is it best to start rerolling gun perks once you reach equipment level 100? Does it provide higher numbers compared to say something like level 80?
Yes. Numbers go up by a lot. wouldn't waste materials for anything under 100.

thanks for the video, I was just looking at my thunder cage and rolled a second one that has better stats but looks like that doesnt matter since if I lvl it up they will just go white anyways... so just feed it to my already lvl one...was wonderign how that worked.

and i have this energy capacity thing that gives a gun +30 module slots
so does it matter at which point i slap it on? as in right now maybe. Or there are better uses/better timed uses
How to I display that I do electric/fire/chill/toxin damage? I also see some people they get display of exp and such when they kill an enemy, how do I get that?
Hype. My 3x gold rolls on my TC have me clocking 275k and I still have some weapon prestiging to do/plenty of room to up my mods
When do I start investing?
I am level 30 now and am not sure if I should already level my thunder cage with me, reroll etc or wait until I an lvl 100
Also max overcharge on thunder cage is OP gets rid of the reload speed negative and makes it proc its ability 100% of the time after a kill and makes the AoE of the blast 5m in range
i’m level 40 with weapon drops only being level 20, should i wait to infuse until i get level 40 weapon drops or just do it now

I need some help i just enhance my thunder Cage but my values are very low for example on readjustable options i have values like BONUS FIREARM ATK (vs. Colossus) - 42~203 this is extremely low any reason, thank you for your time sharing your knowledge.
Thanks for the heads up. I had some lower level weapons that had good rolls but now I know there's no point in saving them
Only reason to save any weapon is to help lvl your rank up because all of them have a progress bar.

To raise mastery level yes weapon and descendant xp are individual but both contribute to overall mastery@@user-ug7ee1fr6r
What is the reasoning for rolling Elemental Damage on the weapon additional stats, as opposed to say having Weak Point, Crit Dmg, ATK vs Colossus, etc. I would have assumed adding an element to a weapon would make it useless vs bosses who have a high resistance to said element. Whereas you could just use the "x elemental" enhancement mod. Input on this topic would be awesome at it's confusing me a bit.
It only makes some of your damage that element. Most of your dps is staying normal.
by rolling elemental on it and using a mod is the only way to get 2 elements on one weapon atm

PLEASE READ... moxsy we really need to get the community together and have some convos with the devs if possible... they need to allow us to just have the colors unlocked once obtained not have to buy multiple of one color to use it again... also the "blueprint" for whatever you're crafting should not b consumed when crafting... this is literally the first game i have ever played where the blue print has to b farmed over and over in order to make multiple copies...
Edit: if yall want one use blue prints to be a thing for the sake of grind and because it was in warframe then fine but there r still things that need to b addressed otherwise... the costumes and colors def are a terrible practice we should b able to paint our base costume and we should only have to buy the color one time

@@lowkey182but if you want to use that color on another character you have to pay premium currency to do so
I would rather them bump the price of each color a bit and allow for unrestricted use. As it stands its cheap, but the restrictions really limit trial and error.
Knock each color up to 100pc, permanent and unrestricted use, done deal.
Those precision phase things only take ten minutes to make

Hey Moxsy and thanks for this amazing guide, I have a question, how does your Better Concentration module only cost 8 ? Mine cost 16.
Matched module type, you see the icon at the top of the mod card, you use Crystallization Catlysts to set a specific mod slot to that module type then any mod you place in that socket that matches will get its cost reduced by half, the game does force teach this to you so if you skipped any on screen tutorials thats why you missed it.
So because stats don’t also level up on weapons I can just delete all the good rolls I have because I have to reroll them anyways?

Hey Moxsy! WHere do we farm for the weapon mod Weak Point Insight for General rounds weapons like you have equipped on Thunder cage? I have done 3 different missions that drops Weak Point Insight now and I only get for other weapon types.
Go to the journal and go to access info click on modules and the find the one u want an click on it it will tell u the location of the module
How to farm a specific module? I am missing the Weak Point Insight, and I must've run the mission in Kingston (10% droprate) 70-80 times and got the module 5 times, but all of them for the purple ammo, not white. It doesnt say anywhere that its for purple ammo only so am I just really unlucky or where do I have to farm for the white ammo one? And is there any way to tell what ammo type it drops for if that is the case?
Yes make sure you make sure the mod is the white one.
I am definitely interested in using the Thunder Cage as my primary weapon. As you level, how often would you suggest doing a Level Transmission on it? I am like level 25 right and had not leveled it at all since I was not sure how the process worked. Thank you for the helpful guide!
I did one every new area with the highest level weapon I had recently.
For a bit more firepower, you can even throw on one of the enhancement mods, which adds an element damage based on the base damage of the weapon.
My thunder cage is level 81. So should I reroll stats now or wait until 100?
does it mater when you craft the weapon should i wait till later or can you craft duringg story? also do the gun affixes level with the weapon or do you have to roll gold stats
Unsure about the fixes, but craft it whenever- You can just continue to upgrade as you get stronger weapons. Try not to upgrade it super often though, as it can get expensive.
What happens to the four reroll specs if you reset a weapon to lvl 1 to add a polarity?
Can we get weapon proficiency above lvl 40 or is that max? I’ve been trying to farm materials to make 3 more Thunder Cages however the mats are not dropping.
Weapon proficiency only goes to level 4, not 40.
You can farm as many of the mats as you want, I know because I spent most of a day farming 3 more sets of them a couple days ago, now my thunder cage is maxxed out, the 100% chance at electric bubble and 0% reduced reload speed is beautiful.

I got mine but damage is way low, it says 187 when all my other weapons are above 5000 (I'm level 15). Is that right? What am I missing???

I don’t remember what the mod is, but there is a purple mod that gives fire rage and something else, wouldn’t it be better to upgrade that over the blue rate if fire mod?

1)Why you roll FIRE attack on all your weapons? Not chill or any other?
2)Fire Rate UP blue card have 25% on max level and the other violet Fire Rate UP card have 20% on max level + 6.5% crit rate damage - does it better?
Yes, the increased crit outweighs the lost fire rate by alot.
He also literally tells you to roll cold as its good at freezing targets, he didnt roll his fire it came with it.
how do u get your weapon up to 160k dps for the assual rifle
So if you have a level 20 thundercage and later find a level 30 (for example), is it better to transmit the level of the 30 to the 20 or to build off of the higher level?
Exotics all come as level 1, you have to infuse them, exotics dont drop they can only be crafted.
If you have plenty of resources, upgrade the level as soon as you can, it makes alot of difference in the big void boss battles as an example.
I online get modul, consume magazines for the gunes with impact rounds
Gotta make sure to get that Activator though! Swiiiiiipe! (or use the free one you get on your wpn rather than descendent... very big difference in usefulness).
What level did you get the LMG to drop?
Wait so IF I find a lvl “let’s say” 10 gun with 3 gold stats & its a banger. I save it. I get lvl 100. NOW I go back and infuse that lvl 10 gun up to 100 those 3 banger gold stats turn into white stats? Or they won’t remain banger gold good stats??
I thought the percent values would carry over and adjust so let’s say the level 10 gun had fire attack 3.9% (range on lvl 10 guns is .5-4.0) so upgrading it to 100 it would convert to let’s say fire attack 24.9% (range being 20-25)
*im using my idea of stats, not necessarily exact in game correct values of 1st descendant*

The rolls will stay as they were you have to use the weapon readjustment option and reroll the stats on the lvl 10 gun after you level transfer to 100 so no point in saving low stuff with good rolls

Hey this guides builds are awesome but one critique I learned from another CZcamsr that you actually don't want element effects when rerolling if your taking it to a collosus because 50% of the time you'll actually be doing less damage due to there resistance against it in hard mode especially this matters you can set up different presets or swap out fire damage toxic etc with mods but even if you have the right element mods against a collosus that inherent element effect will actually make you do less damage overall
Lol those are also the three guns I use. Shotgun, machine gun, and the rifle.
Rifle is main, machine gun is backup and shotgun for bosses/high hp enemies
