UFO. Creepy black ring in the sky

Residents spotted a mysterious phenomenon in the sky above the Shortandy village, near Astana, Saturday. Roughly one kilometer (0.6 miles) above ground, a large black ring was floating in the air for around 15 minutes. It then disappeared completely, leaving no trace behind.
