- Leon Challis-Davies, chef ambassador for BGA, and Stuart Eborall of Warwickshire Wild Game, stalk for Leon’s first deer on the latest episode of The Shooting Show and enjoy an evening cooking on an open fire.
Then Jonathan McGee visits Laskill Estate, a shoot run by an all-female team and offering incredible high bird topography in the heart of the North Yorkshire moors.
Lastly, Mark Ripley takes the Brocock Sniper SR out on a ratting session. The farm has a reasonable colony of rats around the barns and the air rifle is the perfect tool for the job, with the hard hitting .25 proving devastating on the little rodents.

I have had the privilege of eating some of Leon's cooking before - he's a very very good chef + a pleasant chap too.
Nice shooting on the rats Mr Ripley, I've got the same gun, but in 22, I also turn it right down to sub 12ftlb, she likes accupell pellets, but the rats don't, they hardly move 😎

Love my ratting, you can lose hours doing it, worse part is remembering where you shot them all around the farm when its pick up time

@@260rips the way he did it was better a little hunting then a little new gun or scope review and he was consistant about the same amount of time on the hunting and then the reviews about the same amount of time and the question was where is matt manning now?

Oddly, whenever we start talking about the gear used we are shot down with comments about advertising and product placement 🤷🏻♂️ seems to be a no win situation 😆
