And seeing Flea praising Josh up was the best thing ever, he deserves a looooottttt. He's looks a little bit of nervous on this interview when he repeats constantly "you know" but who cares? He stills cute and perfect. Josh is the most humble, lovely, friendly and modest guy ever, he deserves love and respect. Now he's not part of the Chili Peppers anymore (unfortanely) but with this type of video we can see how much he was loved, that makes me feel better (even though that post on instagram was pretty bad and very disregarding) but anyway, i love you Josh.

Free makes a profound statement about motivation to get into an awesome job like this. If Josh's motivations were all about fame glory and money then he wouldn't have gotten the part. I think most goals in life are that same way. You must be motivated for the right reason: empathy.
