Allison your plants are so beautiful and beautifully placed. My Monstera has had many propagations over the 30 yrs with me. It will shoot off, what I call tentacles, and I clip them to control the growth. I’m an RN, not an expert in plants, but that works for me. Thank you for all that you do.❤️

I love the video! To add to your easy fertilizers, I use the water that I rinse my rice with. My snake plants grow like weeds when they get the rice water. 😊😊

The smaller the leaf more light they need the larger the leaf the less light they need. A good watering tip I have is if you get a chopstick and put it down in the soil if it comes out clean it needs water
I have also heard that rice water is great for your plants. When you go to rinse your rice save the second and third water and use to water your indoor plants.😊

You can put a plaint light over your plaint
I love buying potted tulips, daffodils & hyacinths for the house in spring. Once they are done I plant them in my bulb garden and get to enjoy them every spring for many years to come. Also cut some and bring indoors each spring.🌷😍🌷

Hi Allison, just a little something that might help the palm in your living room- you can make your own inexpensive grow light to hang from the ceiling above the plant. I have a bird of paradise in a corner with no light and I just use a grow bulb with a pendant lamp cord from Amazon and then use an upside-down basket as a shade. I definitely live by “if there is a will there is a way” 😅

Beautiful garden. I've had success with carrots by using extremely loose soil with no lumps,almost sandy like.That way,the carrots grow a little more straight!

I’ve got a supper bright direct light in my room and am having a fight trying to find plant that can survive that much light. I just got a new cactus to sit on the window sill cos nothing else can survive that much light. A Swish cheese plants are so cool.

Tulips are bulbs. Cut all the new growth off the bulbs. When the new growth dies. Let the bulbs air out for 3 or 4 days. They will develop a skin. Then store them away in the dark in paper not plastic. plant them again next year.

I have always wanted to get the swiss cheese but was not sure how easy they were to grow. I live in the NE so I just started my tomato plant inside along with some flowers. So thankful for all you knowledge Allison! ☀️☀️💖🌸🌺🌷🪻
