I use my Anyday cookware almost every day. Last night I microwaved one pound of mushrooms with butter in 3mins!

OMG that is so smart! I do nuke my onions to translucent before browsing them (so much faster!!), but i would not have thought about mushrooms

@@rosebowe 100%, you have to watch the mushrooms because they give off a lot of liquid. After I cooked them, I let them cool, placed them in a ziplock bag and froze them. For one of my dinner sides today, I microwaved frozen broccoli with the mushrooms..and hot chili crunch..

For today's lunch, I cooked a quick cod loin with small red potatoes meal using the large Anyday bowl. The potatoes were the petite size, so I sliced them in half. I had about 4 small ones, which after slicing in the bowl, I tossed with a little olive oil, with smoked paprika and garlic powder. I placed the frozen cod loin on top of the potatoes, drizzled a little olive oil on top to make it wet enough so that my seasoning of Old Bay would adhere. I had a bottle of white wine already opened, and added a 2tbs to the bowl, along with a pat of butter. I placed the bowl back in the microwave and nuked on high for 4 minutes. It came out perfect..the butter and wine made the perfect sauce.

Love these types of videos! Really helps me understand the capabilities and approach to take with certain foods/ingredients

I'm really glad to find this. I use supplemental oxygen, and the safest way to cook while wearing oxygen is to use a microwave. You have helped me think about this in a new way, and thank you!

This is fine, but I think Lan Lam's video on how microwave ovens work (from Cook's Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen) is even better. If you haven't seen it, check it out. But I really liked the egg test.

I love AnyDay but no need to be snarky and condescending. Any Day recipes specifically suggest power levels.
