I thought Joshs impression was great and wish others chose a role where they could act more too like him and Wes lol. Wes did try and give off Tonys arrogant vibe well. The other roles are hard to add some flavor to; though julia as thor could have at least tried to give his macho vibe and play on his fish out of water thing if she couldnt do the accent. I wish there was a hulk role who goes in an out of bruce and hulk during lol.

I think they struggle with trying not to be too obvious but then again some of them were only asked like 1 question so they didn't have a huge opportunity to play out their roles. Despite that I agree that they could have tried a bit harder as it would have boosted the entertainment value.
