The o line is like an air conditioner, they’re only noticed when they don’t work
@Bengals
Excellent analogy good sir
@@jmoney1099 thought the same but you were quick with the trigger sir.
Best analogy on youtube
Amen
I love that people are shining light on Lane now. Eagles really have the best ride side in football we just need them back healthy 😩
finally o-line gets credit
Between Lane, Schwartz, and Wirfs.
Did you know that Lane’s out for he season???
@@James_Bailey aye listen we don’t have to talk about it😔
Why can't they do more of this? Offensive linemen are thirsting for these sort of videos
real 😢
lebron
Me!!!🏈
Yesir💯
I do 🏈
Me 😳
Me💛🖤💪🏻
You can't win a game without a good o-line, much respect to the men in the trenches
eric Jahuey you can, if you're the Seahawks that's the normal case...
The thing about O-line is they all have to succeed otherwise they all fail, it's a very non-forgiving position.
5 must act as 1 for the game to be won.
Right. Unlike the defense where only one needs to succeed to get to the quarterback
We all hear about pass rushers and running backs and QB stats, but we never hear about the 5 guys up front who have make all this possible. I am glad NFL is shining a spotlight on the O-line, the only other unappreciated players besides punters and kickers
I miss Joe Thomas :'( that man is a freaking warrior..
You should see him on Titan Games! Dude has SLIMMED DOWN! Still a WARRIOR!
O line is one of the most unique positions in sports. I love watching these guys
3:59 When the old hero comes out of retirement to give the new heroes advice.
about time the big boys got their spotlight
"offensive Line is the most thankless position I'm football"
Have you met a long snapper?
Professor Wiesy or a Punter
Who.
Respect to all the O-linemen in the NFL
O-line is very technical, lot of respect to these guys
Bengals must've missed this seminar...
The opening was a brief discussion on CPAPS, that right there shows the dedication and work these guys are putting in.
I love offensive lineman man. Thats the heart and soul of the offense. No o-line = no offense
Offensive lines always going to war with defensive lines. Gotta give credit to offensive lines💯
You can't go anywhere in the NFL without a good offensive line

Baldy is such a treasure these guys have no idea how lucky they are to have guys like him at these summits.
4:07, this part of the video I LOVED
Jesse Sapolu was underrated
Very thankful for seeing this video a while back. It gave me confidence in something I wanted to try with some of the contractors I manage for my employer. They do the same job in the community, we just have them assigned to different areas. We were meeting expectations in trash & overgrowth removal but not making progress in keeping the former from coming back. So I set up a meeting such as this to work together to share ideas & streamline our approaches to make the clean-up effort faster and the outreach portion more impactful. Watching this video was part of what made me confident attempting. Our meeting went great when & we've sure seeing success
A modern day shield wall. It's amazing seeing these minds. In martial arts it's all about individual matchups and studying the person on that given day. It's cool seeing that philosophy at work here.
Thank you NFL Films for finally shining a light on us O linemen
Really wish we would see more videos of the line. Games are won and lost in the trenches. Give these guys the recognition they deserve!
The moving backwards aspect against forward mometum really gets lost on people (myself included) until LJ mentioned it. The dudes at this position deserve the money they get
Very inspiring. Way to put that working. Way to stay on top of your game. Thank you
That first inside step, head back, and punch. Feet pumping fists pumping
It’s awesome to see more on the o-line!
This is some really great content!
Warriors. All of them. Warriors in the trenches going to battle.
We need more of this !!!
I could watch nfl films all day
Please, more videos like these! O-Line need more positive exposure

Me: ah yes, the eagles!
Its great to see a video on a highly underappreciated position and aspect of football.
smartest guys on the field
Interview Quentin Nelson dudes a O-Line Machine!
That’s what Raiders did right this offseason. Dump all that money into the O Line
Lets win with a great trench
KC sent 5- and 6-man pressures and Carr was still getting time last Sunday night. As for Carr, himself, the few times he was actually pressured, he didn't fold like he has in years past. Still making good throws. Chiefs didn't really burn him on D until that final drive, when they knew he HAD to throw and he HAD to score a TD. Chiefs never found an answer to their balanced attack, until the run got taken away by the clock and points pressure on that last drive, when Carr threw a pretty bad pick..
This is what we need to see. Playing on the line on either side you have keep evolving if not reinvent yourself to keep up with the times. I just want to go a clinic like this cause this a lot of knowledge that needs to be passed around.
This was awesome
And people say idiots play football
Finally giving love to us big guys
I need more
Good education to me; the unsung heroes.
Joe Thomas a real one.. Was so good for so long on Bad Brown Team after Bad Brown Team after Bad Brown Team. Salute to JT
The o line is super important when protecting the qb!! Be like von miller and Khalil mack. Always gotta be aggressive.
Nice video featuring one of the most underated but most important position when you have the football, the Offensive Line
Great video
As an o-lineman I learn form videos like this especially for my career of the NFL
I love this video
"Offensive Line is the most thankless position in football. You go unnoticed until you screw up."
I would say it actually goes:
1. Long snapper
2. Punter
3. Fullback
4. Kicker/OL
Can u do one for wide receivers
This is pretty cool.
The TEAM within the Team. #olineforever
More offensive line videos please.
One of the most important positions in football, the O line.
Wish we could see more in depth stuff
glad they call this "Masterminds" Summit. Linemen are geniuses. Probably some of the most intelligent and mentally sharp athletes
Finally the NFL is giving recognition to Jesse Sapolu.
2:08 “Damn, is that Dwayne Johnson’s brother?”
Glad us o linemen are getting respect
I played o line in high school for one game 😂 I went back to middle liner backer the next day 😂
NFL O-lineman are the smartest guys on the field not even close
Why can’t the O-line “legally” hold the defensive line ? I think it’s very very hard if the O line can’t legally hold the pass rushers and I believe that the pass rushers have more of an advantage in the rule aspect because the o lineman can’t hold
Technically the Defensive Linemen can get called for holding too, generally on run plays
ask the greatest QBs of all time how they feel about the O line.....
I love THESE VIDS ESPECIALLY THE ART OF _____ videos
Eagles O Line group in 2017 were pivotal in Eagles SB run
Zack Martin🔥🔥
who else loves these types of videos..
Wish I watched this before peewee, would’ve saved a cracked vertebrate lol
Barry Sanders have no idea there is OL position in football, but he still the best to ever do it.
Barry Sanders used too buy his lineman rolexes every season...
I’m gonna get a CPAP now
i’m a quarterback watching this.
@cincinnati bengals y’all sending anyone to these things?
I am so grateful that Lane Johnson chose to organize the offensive lineman summit during the off-season instead of getting his ankle surgery done. I feel privileged to have a guy on my team that other guys listen and look up to. Hopefully he passed along the helpful tip that it’s not a good thing to delay ankle surgery until training camp starts… And then miss 75% of the snaps in the season before getting put on injured reserve for the rest of the year.
Thanks Lane!!!
finally o-line gets credit
Does anyone know the music at 1:33
Believe me as a Cowboys fan, we know when we don't have a solid O-line
More o-line content please! Love this, o-line is where it all begins
Oliver Varah OL is the worst position in Football!
If I again start playing I would play anything except OL...
As a die-hard vikings fan, I look at the offensive line that the Cleveland Browns have and drool. You wanna talk about stacked, the Browns starting five are stacked and that bodes well for Baker and the running game as well.
Duke Manyweather my o-line coach in juco college of the redwoods
All former o line man bricked up watching this and agreeing these d Linemen are the best athletes on the field and we know that brain over bronze
Look, as much as I love Lane and want him to get the recognition he deserves . . . he caught COVID, possibly at this summit, and then gave it to two of his teammates. So, maybe this wasn't the *best* year to highlight OL Masterminds.
i'm wondering if the giants turned up to this in the offseason, but they are slowly starting to block better, slowly
the wise Jesse Sapolu 🐐 🇼🇸
Hey O linemen when he said the definsive linemen are sitting trying to figure out how to beat you he wasn't lying
I do
Notice what they are actually doing here is change a longtime rule of the game. The keep showing clips of grabbing a hold of the pectoral shield. Something always done, but also a yellow Flag if the Ref sees it. You Can't Hold! Well, until they change the Manual.
Can’t get a cpap machine without a sleep study
Yes sir
Imagine being that much of an impact player. Teams need to rethink everything
2:26 ahem Lane Johnson what about Donald Penn and Anthony Muñoz?
O-LINEMEN MATTER
Send the entire Bengal's front office to the O-Line Summit. They could stand to learn the importance of quality insurance for the QB. Though it wouldn't surprise me if 72 hits in 10 games and a season ending injury to their promising young QB wasn't enough for them to learn anything
Jesse Sapolu should be in the Hall of Fame..
4.5 /250 that’s a mini semi truck 🚛
1:57. Wolfe holds Newhouse so that he cant block Miller. But Miller gets paid more than QBs lol.
Missing you already Terron 😢
As a competitor, would you wanna share your ideas with someone who's on another team?
Think of it like how Goku sees it. He doesn't find satisfaction in defeating his opponents unless they truly give him everything they've got even if it brings out the possibility of him losing because then his opponents can make Goku push himself to get stronger. And for everyone watching the fight as a spectator, that makes the fight all the more enjoyable to watch.
That's a lotta meat
