@Hugo: I'm especially interested in the practical aspects of redirecting voice calls and text messages to such an AI service that I may setup since any AI/automated solution that I come up with, will depend on that cost and ability which wil impact the sellability of my solution to anyone out there. I suspect a lot of that will relate to call/message forwarding features/services provided by a peron's/business's cellular service provider (mobile carrier).
Any experiences out there (@Hugo or others) on this side of the topic?

Well I've worked with redirecting from AI to Human or AI to AI but never Human to AI. I'm sure its possible and quite valuble.
