I have applied in Stanley college and I have paid 2 semester fees if I want to change my course nd uni after 1st semester do I get 2nd semester fees back ?nd do I need release letter from college if I want to change from bachelor to bachelor ??
It is very difficult to get fees back. Get refund criteria . If there is anything mention that you can get refund before start of course then you have a chance

I choose diploma leading to degree (D to D) (1 year SAIBT + 2 year UNISA) Bachelor of information technology.
IELTS overall band -6.5
L-7 R-6.5 W-6 S-6
12 th PCM 58% (science stream maths group ) overall 68% completed in 2023.
10th 82% completed in 2021.
Both in Gujarat board
Sponsor- loan 40 lakh from SBI bank + 5 lakh in savings account.
Father ITR is 10.2 lakhs (gov employee) + 8.8 lakhs ITR uncle ( employee in private limited company) both are my sponsors.
I cleared GTE interview of university (unisa) and Financial documents checking in process .
No gap

i aslo lodged my file and my date is 21st Nov today around 17 days completed and it may take around 4 to 8 weeks to outcome on our visa file. Visa processing time increased so, wait and watch and mostly students ko 20 to 25 days me answer mil hi jata hey but 20% Students lo kuch or din bhi lag jate hey due to verification of all documents or sometimes fake documents.
