5:24 Yeah people are tend to get confused about who is hitting such beautiful high notes because the fucking cameramen would always zoom out whenever Jin is hitting his best vocals. It's so frustrating how they steal Jin's time to shine.
Yes, I agree; and they do that to Jimin quite often when he is singing in harmony or at the same time as JK and it makes it look JK is hitting the high notes when he’s not - JK definitely gets the most camera time and ai find that really annoying and unfair.

Cause people more know if killing part like highnote or falsetto always do by jimin or jk. But proudly now they're shining get public attention. Fyi: vocal line more outstanding in BTS japan song like crystal snow, let go, and your eyes tell.
I think vocal line Many show they're capability in 2 songs. Crystal snow (Japan) and love myself (Korea). Idk why, but i think both songs are very rich in melody

Jimin's voice starts around an E4 and peaks around a C#5 in chest/mixed chest range, his highest falsetto note is an A5, if I'm not wrong.

I think as BTS said themselves recently that Jin and Jimin both have super high range But Jin do more kind of like high falsettos or high notes with full voice. Jimin are high notes but a bit different. They just have different styles. Both of them said that they struggle with songs like blue and grey although they both killed it there. But they said that its difficult for them. This video kind of annoys me a bit bcz it didn't include some very incredible notes of jin like in magic shop, triple high note in crystal snow was showed but they didn't show jins while he was hitting it.
Agree...there are times in some songs when the impression is its another member, when in fact it's Jin. The members themselves have said even they get confused when they listen because of Jins range & his ability to sound just like the others.
I agree with you, also I don't like this particular video, I think they focus too much on old songs and at the time it was mainly jk and jimin with the high notes, and they don't include jin and tae. It should be updated so that people can see the four vocalists more evenly.

bts said that jin and jimin have the highest range and jin confirmed that jimin is higher than him but both of them can go really high. jimin also can sing 6 times higher than normal vocalist

This is probably one of the best reactors to BTS. His deep insight on the music from a musician’s point of view and how he fangirls from time to time, no offense 😁, over BTS is so relatable. I don’t know about music theory or notes so to me I only hear it sounds good. That is it. But I identify with his fangirling over V or JHooooope or Jungkook 🥰 or any of them. Love it! I haven’t seen many of their live concerts, but watching the live-streamed concerts the other day, I noticed that some of their songs get remixed a bit for concert versions. So it took me a bit to realise which song they would be singing cause it changes the sound. Concerts are always great because you can really hear the emotion in their voices.

I read that Jin and Jimin can hit the same highest note, but I'm not sure what it is. Here's a video of Jin out-singing Jimin though...it's all in fun, but Jimin couldn't hit the note and Jin did it sitting down. They're both amazing though!!!

One of my favourite things about BTS is how good they all sound together, especially when the vocalists harmonize or sing together (or with the rappers too), their voices compliment each others so well. Shame Jins legendary triple high note had that out of focus video in this compilation and theres some beautiful high notes from their more recent stuff too, but still not a bad video choice^^
And wait wait, you haven't seen any of their legendary Pied Piper live performances? Oh no you better fix that as soon as possible (preferably with Dimple+Pied Piper live)
Also when you get your things more settled etc. I really recommend checking out ATEEZ' new album, especially tittle song "I'm the One" and "Take Me Home" which is truly a queen of a song (and if you havent heard other than their tittle tracks it will surprise you I think)

@Athelas recommended the cover of Come Back Home by Seo Taiji. I have to second that again and suggest another from when they actually performed with Seo Taiji for his 25th anniversary concert. There is a behind the scenes of Seo Taiji teaching them his original choreo. Seo Taiji and Boys was a seminal group in the history of k-pop. He saw BTS's potential before most people did and basically passed the torch of creating socially conscious music on to them. (that is super simplified)

Jimin has the highest out of all BTS, it is said he starts around an E4 and peaks around a C#5 in his chest / mixed chest range (I sometimes wonder if he could go even higher). I have also read where he sings naturally at about 5 to 6 notes higher than the average man. To put it in perspective, the average tenor I believe usually peaks around note G4 for chest.
