MY preference is as follows: 1st fret 0.3mm; neck relief approx. 0.1-0.2mm and LAST FRET (where I like to measure it) low E 2.0-2.25mm, high E 1.5-1.75mm. This kind of action doesn't normally require fret levelling BUT is much better set using the bolt-on neck & shim system that Taylor GS Minis use (if you can get them from Taylor as I do these days) rather than via the saddle.
