so u can either get the secret portal from a mythic portal that give you 100% of getting the secret or u can pull the secret as well from somebody else's secret portal but the chances is 3% i think.
im suffering in this update, got 2 mythic portals and didn't get secret portal, then when im doing stuff like getting legendary portal i always got disconnected from the game so
