I got the T35 recently. The thing just seems to wonder all over the pool aimlessly. Is this normal?

Hello! I followed your assessment on Dolphin Premier and purchased it. Thank you! Do you know if the remote control is part of the package? Or has it to be purchased extra? It was not in my shipping.

What do you mean by nano filter? Because sometimes you say it comes with it but the pictures doesn’t show it. How do you buy the nano filter

Between the premier and the sigma (not considering the leaf bag on the premier), which do you think cleans pools better on ordinary cleaning?

This video is very informative. I have a question for you. In 2024 is a premier a better buy than the quantum?

There seems to be a new era of cordless pool vacuums showcased in 2024 CES....among them are the new Aiper Scuba series, N1 Ultra being their top of line; and Beatbot AquaSense Pro. There are several "reviews" on YT and written articles online that seem more like paid advertisements. Your review I trust. Any chance you'll get to review these units? Thanks.

Yes, we should have reviews on these soon! I haven’t been too impressed with the battery robots yet. Constantly charging them is a pain, compared to scheduling a robot to clean daily on a weekly timer. More reviews coming soon!

So its safe to leave the corded vacuums in the pool long term? For aesthetics and hosting, I would take it out of the pool anyways, and then have to deal with cord management. I know the cordless claims are likely inflated, but maybe they're improving. Thanks much!

Sorry for this dumb question, but, on a cordless cleaner like the Premier, is that cord actually carrying A/C current into the pool? I can't seem to find that answer on the Maytronics web site.

It's DC voltage, something around 29vdc

I have a question for anyone who has the answer I have a dolphin M400 I have a fiberglass pool with a step ledge around the wall near the bottom. The robot starts up the ledge but never figures out how to go over it and continue up the wall and do the waterline. I’m assuming part of the problem is that it’s fiberglass so it’s extra slippery. Has anyone ran into this issue or anyone have a suggestion for a different pool robot? I noticed the beat bot aqua sense pro can skim the surface of the pool but I believe that’s when it’s running in different mode so I don’t know if it’s gonna help it climb my walls.

This video is a commercial for the poolbots store. You will notice some online stores ignore or misinform on the models they don't carry. Same is true for the pool stores which fear monger about warranty issues/delays of buying online only models. This is painfully obvious on this channel and another here on CZcams which push the same 2 models from the poolbots store. These are fine models but still inferior to the s200, m400, m600 and e70 (and equivalents) - the last two being MUCH more expensive models. They go so far to misinform (like claiming the e70 only comes with standard filter, which is not accurate). The premier is bottom loading, older design, takes an hour longer to clean than newer models. It does not have the caddy or dual drive motors. We found the Premier missed more areas, and was more cumbersome to change filters. It does not come with a caddy for the price or the beefier dual motor scrubbers on the front. I have an older premier and if you get it for a discount, it is fine. The e70 was a big improvement for coverage and scrubbed our waterline better. I also like how it comes to the top of the pool to be easily retrieved. The bag on the Premier was a pain actually. The E70 collected larger debris just as well in its larger basket. I am not a fan of the Sigma slide in filter design for larger debris as we have leaves and acorns to deal with (but I do like the Sigma's dual drive). I think this is a much better model comparison:
