I have the jfg racing exshust on my 2021 Tbr7 and it sounds great.it was the first upgrade on my bike.
Thats awesome! I definitely like how the bike aounds now with this exhaust. A lot more aggressive.
So I just put this exhaust on my 2019 rx250 today and it literally bolted on lol i didnt have to bend anything or modify air box at all. However it is just touching the top half motor where rods are so I am gonna bend it off there just a hair so it's not touching but it literally bolted on in 10 mins no problem no fighting. Sounds great btw. I also have a mikuni vm 26 30mm carb and a 12tooth front sprocket on mine I also put on pro taper grips, hand guards, handle bar pad and foot pegs! Thing ripssssss on trails and I can wheelie now np. Thanks for the content tho I appreciate it!!!

Where did you get the 12 tooth sprocket
Looking good! I see what you mean with the exhaust. I have two friends who have the same pipe on theirs. The only mod we had to do was heating up the plastic with a heat gun under the tail section. I'm wondering if the pipes are all uniform? I've heard others have problems also and others don't.
I have a crf230f headpipe ordered. But it's going to be mated to a Yoshimura R11 titanium carbon clone from China. I'll definitely be posting how the install goes. Thanks for the great info!

And yeah man I dont get it haha I know someone whose exhaust fit perfect after one bend and me and a few other people had to make several modifications and man handle the heck out of the pipe. I must say it was all worth it! Seems like you could be right about not knowing if all these pipes are uniform. I would hope so but I don't see why they would all fit differently. Okay, now that the cold weather is coming back you need to start on some major engine mods. Wiseco 11:1 piston, cam, 4 degree timing key and head porting. 😉 Wake the beast up. 👍
It is no longer running well Jerry! IDK what exactly the issue is. I have tried 3 different carbs and have tried over 15 different jets....I have a pod filter on there now after I suspected a vacuum leak somewhere. It idles crazy up and down and has no pull/power at all. wont even go 20MPH. It is freezing here in buffalo so when it warms up I will start trouble shooting again. I am out of ideas haha
@@buffalochinarider9096 did you try adjusting the valves? Tight valve clearance will drive you nuts when trying to tune the carb. You could possibly have a vacuum leak as well. Check for cracks in the intake manifold. Venom had problems with cracked intakes on the X22R . My Ghost came with an aluminum intake.

Never found a short one that fits unfortunately:/ it would have to bend slight to the left or right. I've bought 3 of them and none of them fit. Gonna keep looking!

Great vid Buff ( kingofqueenz from China Riders ) - I often wonder if it is worth the headache for my TBR7. I've shifted focus to the sprockets and jetting for now simply because everyone needs to bend, bang, cut for these AM exhausts.
Tinkering is the name of the game with these bikes no doubt ( that's why we buy 'em right? ), I'm still not sold on this one just yet.

Hey thanks KOQ! Honestly I would not do it again haha I will say its worth it but if I had to do it again I would have found something more plug and play BUT I'll admit I love it and the fact that I had to think and tinker to make it fit makes me happy! I just started focusing on my jetting, so I ordered a new carb, manifold and pod filter, came all in a package so I can't wait to install that and post a video. I definitely think you'll like an aftermarket exhaust..sounds mean. Stay safe out here!

Where did you notice the most improvement in power? How noticeable was the low-mid end improvement? I have the dirt bike version.. did you have to rejet the carb?
I did rejet the carb. I noticed a way better pull from the low end for sure.

I put about 1.5 quarts. And no it runs fine.

I bought it from familygokarts and had it shipped to my friends warehouse for me to pick it up.
pops = lean condition, and from what u said it sounds like the bike is flaming out at full throttle, go for a bigger jet in the carb on the high speed side
I'm guessing you mean a larger main jet!? I put a bigger main jet in it now but its winter and I left the bike apart iny garage. I figured next season I'd get back to it. I loved the bike when it was running great but I never got it back to running great again. Youre most likely correct and its all about the jetting...I tried 3 other bigger main jets and I get weird inconsistent idle and the same popping at high revs. I'm wondering if I should get back to the bike this winter and make more videos.
@@buffalochinarider9096 go for it, sounds like something in the ignition could be messed up, read the color of the spark plug and that should help u understand the bikes happy place, if u know how the color on a good used plug should look, that should help tell alot, theres also that slide thingy, under the cap that the throttle cable is connected too, that should help with idol after changing jets
Planning on getting a red one. Not too good at modifying bikes yet since I'm 15 but I really want to put Supermotos on mine and get a nice exaust. This will be my first bike since I've only had minibikes.

See I cut that lil bracket off back piece of pipe so really didn't need to bend an only bent front piece that bolts to engine so it's doesn't come to close to engine
Youre brave for cutting that off! Haha everyone has their own way of making it fit though. My middle pipe is touching the engine..I don't think it will affect it. For now...

I got the dirt version given to me but I has a an exhaust better suited for a 110pitbike lol hows your bike handle on pavement im thinking about putting lights on to be road legal

I have stock bars on there. I got everything from eBay and amazon. I installed HIDs for the lights from amazon as well.
Did you have to replace the carb when you got the bike?
I didnt have to but I did. You can totally run the stock carb.
Have you or anyone had luck finding a replacement seat?
Never even tried looking actually. I like the seat. I also never ride for more than an hour. I know of a few people though who just had foam added to the seat in the exact shape and covered over.
I think the timing is off on these bikes possibly a little and the valve adjustments are not in Spec at all and the ignition coils I don't like

I might swap carb eventually! Right now its fine but I am definitely going to do a carb swap and I was looking at the nibbi!
BuffaloChinaRider you got me wanting to order that 788 power core now I just put my Nibbi carburetor on yesterday I ran a radiator hose threw the air box and put a K&n air filter on the end of the radiator hose I got up to 78 miles per hour after I fine tuned that nibbi it shocked the crap out of me
@@606curvekillas7 this exhaust is amazing man! You should try it and it looks great. 78mph!? Check it on gps, will still be in the 70's somewhere. You got a good one man. I have to mess around with my carb and jetting again, I thought I was fine but I can barely hit 55 man and my bike is sputtering. Since exhaust swap its more powerful BUT I still get that spotted and power loss once I hit the 50s and try to accelerate. I have a 115 main right now...so I might try going down to a 110 or somewhere between 110-115 test and see the response
BuffaloChinaRider I’ll do gps tomorrow and get back with you I didn’t think about that yesterday but I do no at 68 it was running great and could stay there no problem what so ever my buddy that did all the work on my bike has worked on motorcycles all his life and he said man you could take that bike out on the interstate no problem what so ever after putting that Nibbi on it I was like hell yeah just want I wanted to here but I mainly do back roads and country rideing and a lil city

Ik this is 5 months old but my muffler has a raddle to it, can that make the bike slower
Depends on there it is and horrible big the leak is! Its its near the rear of the muffler there is less of an effect that will slow your bike down. Either fix the rattle or if its not messing with your performance, I'd leave it! Good luck

What exactly type of Apollo is it I have a 250cc agb-36c and most of the parts I'm looking for sold out specially where they're cheaper you can find them other places maybe what is the Chinese dirt bike so it's kind of hard a lot of people don't want to mess with them a lot of companies don't want to deal with them

There's an OEM honda parts website that I ordered from and it came in a few days. Its called Honda service parts or something like that. Google that and the site comes right up! Very helpful simple and easy to navigate. Thanks for watching
