Great interview! I'm very inspired by Umar's ability to think and act in the most effective way in whatever situation he's put in. It can be very tough to do that sometimes especially when you're in a situation that triggers some deep emotions. Being able to deal with things more objectively than emotionally is extremely valuable

Umar is a very humble person, I'm trying to find my footing In the trading world myself, because I want to be able to teach my son one day to come, he is a year and 7 months so I'm trying to put in the work.

was searching for some motivation, and I idealize umarashraf .... so just came on ytb and searched, is there any podcast or an interview which umarashraf gave in recent time, and got landed on to your channel...yes the podcast was great and it didn't seemed that it was your first one until the end of this video....all the very best for future.....and already subscribed to the channel thankyou.
Also, one tip, I'm not sure if this is only happening to me or if this happens to others as well. But from my airpods, I hear Umars voice strongly from my right airpod and weakly from the left one, and the inverse is true about your voice. I think ideally, the this is reversed to match the visuals, or the strength of audio is the same on both sides so that its not distracting /noticeable. Good luck in your future podcasts

Like Umar said, sleeping well, gym and taking care what goes inside my body. Allows one to think clearly, operate efficiently and working on less hours.
*Please do not underestimate this*. I too perform my absolute best when I sleep well, go to the gym daily, and mindful of what I put inside my body.

@@Yameen200 my personal opinion, it all depends on your intentions because clearly trading is not gambling, it’s not a game you play in a casino, it’s not flipping a coin heads or tales, it’s way more serious and more detail goes into it, I see trading as a business because the amount of educational hours you have to put behind it on studying how to trade, what you are actually trading because when we exchange money from one hand to other a trade has taken place, if you invest in a company a trade has taken place, so there’s so many variables to why I don’t think it’s gambling but again it’s down to the persons intentions and if they love to gamble etc then it can be considered gambling for them like many other things in life because they could gamble with their life everyday to get that emotional feeling when they are at a shot machine. But yea that’s my opinion, don’t take it for FACT, and always question your intentions and ask Allah for forgiveness of your shortcomings. Love
