One can say "whatever works", but Mamba mentality; keep pushing past simply "whatever works" and instead aim for "perfection". You're body's so tucked in, it looks klutzy. Compare yourself to an NBA player, it's night and day. NBA player's movement is fluid. No wasted energy.
