Also i would like a lawn in the remaining area that's left from 1500 sq. ft. Duplex, ofcourse. And rest are your creativity.

Sir I am huge fan of beautiful designs. Can you please make a video for 40/60 site for apartment. V can get ground+4 floors sanction. Set back 3 feet on all sides. On each floor 2 flats. One 3 bhk with 3 compact wash rooms and one common, same for 2 bhk both attached wash rooms and 1 common. I will appreciate your early response.
