They even had cast members pointing people in the right direction (Just chanting “Nemo’s that way” 👈🏻) over and over. I learned never to underestimate the power of a dad who hates lines and crowds that day. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my dad move faster.

Years later, me and my mom always love to rub it in on him for no reason. Both us and him have that trash can ornament. So yes, those ornaments can be really important.

To anyone who hasn't been to Disneyland: The President's Hall is probably one of the best. While it's not a ride, it certainly teaches you about history. Also, it might just be that I'm a geek for history so it made me super excited ❤
Pretty sure the one at Disney world is called Hall of Presidents and the one at Disneyland is called Great moments with Mr Lincoln since it only features Lincoln
When I was a kid, and Disneyland was run by tge Disney family and was affordable, we used to go several times a summer. I used to love the old timey arcade with the shock machine and the silent movie viewfinder. I also loved the submarine ride. Couldn't beat Pirates, though. I could ride that forever.
Also they’ve definitely sold more than one of those Aladdin and Jasmine statues so it’s definitely not the least sold and the store isn’t even owned by Disney so can you call it a Disneyland item? Also double tea, he didn’t walk in and ask what the least sold item was, he asked what the most expensive item was.

When I went there years ago these are great places to get away from the crowd and they are really fun enjoyment. My daughter enjoyed it my mother enjoyed it the whole family enjoyed it. It's a small attractions that makes Disney special and not some stupid other theme park. They just got to learn how to treat their employees better.
Pretty sure the reason why the Nemo ride was low rated is BECAUSE it's Nemo. Last i checked, originally the only Nemo associated with that ride was Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, as it was a 2000 Leagues Under the Sea ride.
Fun fact about the Lincoln animatronic, when they were originally testing him at the worlds fare, they invited the senator from Lincolns home state to see, well during the test a hydrologic line that creates the motion in the figure popped. The fluid was a orange amber color and he started leaking like he was shot in the chest and head. The senator turned to Walt and said “Mr Disney you have killed Lincoln for a second time.” Walt was very mad and they ended up changing the fluid to a clear break fluid.
Early 70's i went on the ( at the time "Captain Nemo " ride). I had to have been 1st or 2nd grade. I loved that ride, cool quiet and no leaks yet. We didn't know about ADHD or being a introvert back then. Thanks for the ride Captain!

When finding Nemo came out, I remember the line to be the longest one to wait in because the ride is so slow. They weren’t even doing fast passes because it caused too much foot traffic. It’s wild to see everyone hates it now 😂
the nemo ride saved me when i was by myself at disneyland for the first time and needed to quickly escape the fireworks (im sensitive to loud noises and fireworks have caused panic attacks before), so i can never hate the finding nemo submarine

It has been at disney world at least since the 80s probably since the 70s as 20000 leagues under the sea.
