Porto Katsiki is one of the most visited beaches on Lefkada ... in the summer. In the winter, it's completely deserted, except for us and our new feline friend (who we named Olive).

No, that's Olive. When we parked at the top of the beach, we heard meowing coming from inside a tree we had parked under. She hopped down onto the car and then followed us around all afternoon. Very affectionate, climbed in both our laps as we sat on the beach, and then got disinterested just at the right time to prevent us trying to take her home. Our little pal for a day!
