Thank you for this nice Video and the subtitles! What a great Landscape and great flyfishing! Cant wait to visit your great Country again. Greetings from Germany!
skål from northern New York state. Sweden, and all it's splendor and bounty is awaiting me! Thanks guys, once again, for sharing, inspiring, and captivating. Amazing fly fishing, surroundings, and friendship.
You two are a totally dream team! Thats how it should be with best friends! Love your vids! Pls go on with this kind of passion! Sincerely a friend from germany...
I have never in my life seen such intense oranges. Absolutely stunning. I have fished for brook trout all my life and have not encountered specimens like that. Thanks for posting.
I fish in the north west of Ireland for much smaller wild brown trout than the ones you catch, but I share your joy and wonder. Best fishing videos I have watched in years. Thanks guys!
@@CarpeDiemFlyfishing hi love the videos I would like to no what reel you are using its got to be at least 150 yards backing and is the rod line a 8# weight love to know in English please am from Scotland keep the videos comming
@@montyjunior3 Hi Evan. I really don't know exactly what reels they are using but it's all #6 equipment. And, as you say, we need a lot of backing for these strong fish for sure. So any reel which can take over 100 meters backing and has a good drag system will do fine :) Cheers
Like the previous videos, excellent. Maybe, I like this most, that the others, because we can see two friends, enjoying great moments together. (By the way, you have an excellent taste for drinks ........ Laphoaig and Zacapa, the best of the best). Congratulations and thanks for sharing!!!
Greetings from the states! I love your videos and have been watching them to hold me over till spring when the weather lets up and ice melts. Thank you so much for sharing the videos of these beautiful fish and stunning landscapes
Ok... This convinced me enough! Arctic char is added to my dream fish list. Hopefully one day it happens. Stunning videography, beautiful landscape and the fish. Thanks for this masterpiece!
@@CarpeDiemFlyfishing And here you also use #4 9' rods? From close up shots rod blanks look's more heavy ones than #4. P.S. I just can't stop watching this...
@@Arvydas_M These are #6 rods. You need to be able to cast longer and also have a lot of backing. The good thing with CZcams is that you can watch as many times you want ;) Cheers
You make fine videos of beautiful places. Captivate the trip, despite the language barrier. My sister was married to a Swede. Nice guy but hard for her to learn the language and acclimate. Catch and release marriage, I guess. He fished in the sea, I recall that. Anyway, keep em coming. They help us get through the dead of winter! Cheers from Oregon.
Those Red belly and red fin trout are so beautiful . They sure put up a good fight I’m guessing they’re brook trout . Also saw beautiful Brown’s being caught 👍🏻👍🏻
The beauty of your fishing spots. The respect you have for the fish. The music and your relaxed behavior. The dram of scotch with your good friend. These all make we feel like I am back in my fishing territory. Many thanks!!! I do have a question, perhaps because of my Canadian fishing culture: Normally my partner and I would carry a canoe in to the remote lakes we fish. Have you considered this? Perhaps it is too far? Again thanks, your videos keep my fisherman’s heart beating while I wait for trout season to open. Cheers!
Thanks Albert. Glad you enjoyed the video :) We actually prefer fishing from the shore. Don't know why. Of course you will be able to reach a lot more fish in a canoe but it's not that important. If the fish are far from the shore we normally take a break, have a coffee and a whisky, and wait for them to get closer. Part of the whole thing so to speak. Cheers
Don't know guys I'm slowly dying from terminal Cancer. Would love to see the country Winter or no before I finally shuffle off this mortal coil. It is highly unlikely. But thanks to your films I get the chance to dream and imagine what may have been. Thanks I really appreciate them and your obvious passion for my passion. Fly fishing and nature.

Fantastic footage those char look like an oil painting amazing colors say Anders the hog that took you into your backing would that be a super pupa you were describing
