At first, I didn't think the skin looked too bad for h3r age, I mean granted it still could be worse on the face, BUT, what's really weird is that h3r upper body fat distribution looks kind of like the way a newborn baby looks and also with the hue and color of the skin. The eggs sh3 ate reminded me of those plastic "play toy" eggs that children get with those Fisher Price toy kitchen sets. Rice cakes are much worse than cooked white rice. They are not properly cooked, so it is similar to eating raw grains/flour.
The carbohydrate powder she uses is not sugar (fructose+glucose, i.e. sucrose). It is pure starch - again, it is like drinking raw starch. It is destructive for gut health and it requires a lot of insulin (way way more than sucrose).

Don’t do it. Just increase the percentage of foods you eat to what you crave that’s animals . Whether that’s eggs bacon or a big steak just follow your body cravings. Even most people crave veggies I say this because my own children randomly eat a vegetable from fridge at times. Bit of random event but you do need sometimes a bit of veg . Fruits totally ok too. Don’t go extreme ever in life just listen to what you crave after first filling up on right things.
I ate that Oikos for years and suffered with migraines. Turns out the sucralose was killing my brain. When I stopped eating it, headaches ended for good.
They put corn starch in that garbage, to make it thicker. They don't say how much of it is corn starch.

Try carnivore and see. Eat raw meat, not fully cooked. At least go blue rare.
Most importantly eliminate all stress.
I've seen people get rid of them.. The "rawmeatexperiment" guy was vegan and you should see the before and after on him.. His face got fatter too so you can get rid of them on a raw meat diet for sure.. Probably takes time.

I"m 23 y.o. and after watching your videos I am finally so relieved that I can eat meat and dairy products without feeling guilty! I avoided them for a long time because I believed they were bad for my body and I was also brainwashed by vegan youtubers too. I've had some nasty health issues recently - after a year and a half of partial veganism and now when I am eating meat, eggs and dairy again, not exercising obssesively and just going out in nature, I feel EXTREMELY GOOD! My hormones are slowly starting functioning a lot better, and my super BIG CRAVINGS for food, like sugar proccesed garbage, are GONE! Maybe i'm exaggerating but I can say that YOU SAVED ME! Thank you.
