Watch this idiot coming from the wrong side although there is moving traffic on his route, and then stands in front of the car with no signs of moving his bike and acknowledging that he is wrong. Keeps standing in front of my car with his shit face with no remorse.
Finally had to move my car and move on so that I don't end up causing traffic behind me.
