Framerate issues are the fault of the ps4 version.
It has never been updated or received any bug fixes. It’s also missing both the seal the deal and nyakuza metro expansion. And that’s why you shouldn’t buy this version, It’s a buggy mess. If you want to play this wonderful game, get it on either the switch or steam, or not at all. On the ps4 version, there is also a major bug in this battle where the reticles for where snatcher throws his bottles are completely missing, making dodging them significantly harder.
