TAF picked up this very pregnant mama dog last night. She was being used by a backyard breeder and it was time to break that cycle. Lillian, we will call her Lily, needed to be saved and her babies a safe haven to be born.
Lily went to the vet this morning to be examined and have x-rays taken of her belly. Weighing in at only 9.6lbs, Lily appears to be carrying 7 babies. It is hard to believe that is even possible.

Turn in for what? What law or local regulation would having a pregnant dog violate in your city or state?
It was the owners dog they had no business taking the dog away I don't see how he was abusing her if I was the owner I would take them to court & get my dog & puppies back they always taking something that doesn't belong to them give the owner his dog back

I really hope that you reported her previous owner to the authorities. These kind of people don't deserve to be free. Laws and justice needs to be put in place all over the world.
