It’s a reboot, Batman is gone but it’s a different storyline than the Arkham Games. Also Robin is still Tim
This is in the Arkhamverse, yes it’s a soft reboot. And also they might have added the element from the comics after her South Africa surgery which she could walk after that.
I hope the story is still amazing.
Arkham games had some better story telling especially since we had batman and especially cause we had joker
@Slipstreamz I don't know, with all these characters,if they pull it off with all these characters, with good character development, with a few deaths sprinkled in, it could be amazing. Probably not better, but still great.
The only problem is it’s not made by rocksteady but I’m just happy that it will continue the story. Hopefully we’ll see what the nightmare Batman from the end of Arkham knight was about

Here is something no one mentions which is useful to know when distinguishing Robins:
Look at Robin's emblem. That emblem with the crooked black circle around it and the stylized sharp R is the most iconic emblem in Robin history, and it's been used only by one of them throughout history: Tim Drake.
Now you can distinguish him using that instead of just looking at the bo staff

Brian Charles Actually it’s been confirmed it’ll be open world and will only support two-player co-op. It’s still more story focused with heavy rpg elements.

Believe me you will be playing as Batman. Towards the end of the trailer you see him in the owl mask. After Arkham Knight he was kidnapped and brainwashed like in the comics.

Ryan Mason no a lot of people in the original trailer comments said the same thing, and it perfectly matches up with the story. Bruce will be the secret villain or whatever. Or at least we’ll have to save him from them.

@@spooksterz I know it's been a year but The Court of Owls is basically like the Illuminati of Gotham and they pretty much control everything. Bruce is probably infiltrating The Court of Owls as one of the members. 4:16 that could be Bruce but I'm not sure.

When it switched to Bruce and wasn't Kevin Conroys voice I then lost hype and knew wouldn't be Arkhamverse. The whole RPG element is cool but the levels above thugs heads and health bars is kinda off putting I'll be honest.
It is connected, it’s a sequel to Arkham knight. Besides, Arkham origins didn’t have conroys voice and still was part of the Arkhamverse

That IS NOT a sequel... it's just in the same vein or world of their previous games they've made. Flash comics are in the same universe as Batman comics and hardly have nothing to do with Batman ...this is the same thing.

I feel like this is a bigger reboot then we think, everybody looks different and I think its tim as if this is supposed to be soon after arkham, another Robin wouldn't be here already, Nightwing and red hood are candidates to become batman, but if batman's really gone,I feel like he would have passed it onto either one, which makes me VERY suspicious, So like others I think he will return eventually, Also, When she said it goes farther then the Court. Could hush be playing a role in this??

People forget how great Tim is, he literally figured out the identities of Batman (Bruce) and Robin (Jason) when he was 9! Obviously he isn't as good at fighting as Jason but I'd say he's on par with Dick and he definitely isn't as athletic as Dick but is more athletically skilled than Jason.
Batman wanted Dick to take up his role as Batman when he died but Dick said that Tim would do a better job
