How to stop Ford Econoline 3rd Brake Light from Leaking

If the 3rd brake light keeps leaking water when it rains its probably because the foam seal is not the best for the 3rd brake light on Ford Econoline vans. To stop rain from seeping in and sitting between the sheet metal and foam. I decided to seal it up at the top. Hope this video was helpful, thanks watching.
