The house is great! But presentation wise, I like Dean because he presents like an engineer and a presenter combined. Alam niya detalye and material. Hindi pretentious. May iba kasi though it’s not their intention but they come off pretentious and trying so hard.
Having many windows making the house brighter which is good but the designer should really think about the reflection of the sunlight facing the tv wall which is not good ! This house is nice but with that factor - I don’t prefer this house !
Why is it that the place has no sidewalk. Did the developers of the area have forgotten about it?
