I was able to do the first video and it added the effect only on about. 2 second portion. When I tried a second video, I used a 13 second clip, then it told me to pick a 2 to 4 second portion to add an effect. It doesn't do the entire video? Not sure why it asked me to do that on the second one but not on the first one. Seems odd to me but I'll keep playing around with it.
What is the monthly limit used? I tried to do my first one and it shows "Free times per day remaining: 3". What an odd limitation for a feature they are touting.
