I can see the Peruvian🇵🇪 influence he has in creating those amazing looking tacos. Wow!! A twist to the Mexican taco... good stuff! Definitely will hit them up if I'm ever in DC.
I work at Taco Bamba, Chef Victor comes in all the time to dine and check in. The guy is extremely nice and greeted me like I’ve worked there for many years even though it was my first month.
I just Love, Love, Love, Love, Love Tacos!!!!!!! Am Soooooo glad that y'all had this on Saturday morning but I could not see it on my TV on Channel 17 cuz it's not working so I had to see it on my phone and I'm glad that y'all did this segment on tacos is my favorite food I would like to know if his restaurant located in Raleigh North Carolina or is it in North Carolina.
