    Its Sindhi language
When peacock enter it means “She comes comes “The Marvi comes comes) “Marvi return homeland” (in 14th century The protagonist of the story is Marvi, a young Khaskheli girl of the Panhwar tribe abducted by the then-ruler of Umarkot, King Umar Soomro, who wanted to marry her because of her beauty. Upon her refusal, she was imprisoned in the historic Umarkot Fort for several years. Because of her courage, Marvi is regarded as a symbol of love for one's soil and homeland.

This song is in Sindhi, reflecting the rich tapestry of Sindh's traditional music and culture. Situated along the borders of Gujarat and Rajasthan to the east, Sindh shares a cultural kinship with the people of both regions, woven together by common colors and traditions.

This song is in Sindhi language and depicts a very old story. The story is based on a folktale from Sindh, Pakistan, called "Umar Marvi." It revolves around a village girl named Marvi, belonging to the Phanwar tribe, who resists the advances of a powerful king named Umar and the allure of living in the palace as his queen. Instead, she chooses to remain in her simple rural environment, staying true to her village.
King Umar was deeply in love with Marvi due to her exceptional beauty. However, he forcefully took her and desired to marry her. He imprisoned her in his castle called Umerkot in Sindh. Marvi, being a woman of great integrity and honor, refused the king's offer, even though he promised to grant her every desire. She steadfastly denied everything and even went on a hunger strike while locked up. She declared that she would rather die than be disloyal.
Ultimately, the king had to give in to her unwavering loyalty. He released her and respectfully sent her back to her village, where she was hailed as a heroine. This remarkable story is depicted in the song "Aayi Aayi," where Marvi finally enjoy a simple meal at home. The peacock in the song symbolizes this act, while the dolphins represent the majestic Indus River (Sindh).

Ignore the people getting annoyed at the comparison to Rajasthani culture. The border between Thar and Rajasthan is literally a line in the sand, they're historically so close. But the gentleman in the pagri and jazzy jacket is Pakistani. There are Hindu people living in Sindh but they are every bit Pakistani.

@@Vnesh . That’s all right. My only point is that before doing any reviews a little homework in this age of internet and information can do wonders. Coke Studio Pakistan had described the background pretty well in their season prereleases. Anyway you seem like a nice person. Mighty historical river Indus runs throughout the length of Pakistan. Most other rivers originating in the Himalayas like Jehlum, Ravi, Chenab and Beas also fall in Indus River. Pakistan has four major Provinces mostly all along Indus rives except Baluchistan. Northern Areas and North West province, then Punjab followed by Sind province. All in the Indus Valley called the ancient Ghandara and Indus Valley civilisations one of the oldest in the world . Sind an ancient province borders Rajistan. In Sind they speak Sindhi, in punjab Saraiki and Punjabi in Baluchistan Baluchi and Brohi and in north western province now called KPK Pustho and hindko in some parts . Our Northern areas consist of two of the biggest mountain chains in the world Himalayas and Hindukush. Pakistan is an ancient land full of various cultures like India of which it was part of till 1947. I hope this will suffice for now. Best regards. Will be happy to answer any questions. Best wishes.

A map of the western subcontinent will be very explicit. Pakistan is bordered by Iran, Afghanistan, China and India in the land mass with the Arabia sea in the south.
