I appreciate Simon's input and I have noticed that the contestants look to and respect his constructive criticism regardless of the earlier "remarks" in years gone by.There has been much transformation and I now hold Simon's opinion in high regard because of this change. We need to keep an open mind to change, as it should be a growth factor in everyone's life.
