I guess its tough to say which wear os smartwatch is the best as they all have their imperfections, I guess consumers end up choosing whichever watch whose compromises they are willing to live with. I love Ticwatch because of the battery life and the dual screen display, however I don't trust their software update policies. Samsung makes great watches although they are very expensive and limited access to features for non-samsung users. The Xiaomi watch 2 pro would have been the perfect alternative but the design is pretty chunky and mild concerns about accuracy, I really wish the pixel had better battery life and a larger size as well as some protection for the screen, I am really worried about the dome design. But overall, despite all these I sadly will still lean towards the ticwatch

I am trying to understand why some people can hear well and others not... Do you have a special setting? Did you check sound volume? Did you try with earphones?
I have a TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS, and it is the worst watch I have ever owned, nothing seems to work properly, no WhatApp messages, it will accept a phone call about 3 times a week, some emails arrive but some don't. I have reset the watch 5 times, and that is the only time I receive a Whatapp message, just one then never again. Their support is the worst I have come across, they are no help at all, just tell me to reset the watch every time. I would never buy a TicWatch again. I'm going for the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro as soon as I can get my hands on one.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, I can understand that you were frustrated. I had no issue on my side till now, I get notifications at the same time as my phone and I was able to answer calls directly on my watch. I will keep an eye open...

Honestly I prefer the TicWatch PRO 5, I have already sold my Samsung Galaxy watch 6 classic and I think I will do the same with the watch 2 PRO...

i believe there is a problem with the audio cuz i can hear the music just fine although ur voice is very very faint in the background
