12 Month V.S. 18 Month Planners!! Should I Redesign?!? *HELP!*

- Planners are one of my best-selling products. But they also create so many headaches. Unlike most other products, they're dated -- giving us a really short window to sell them... which is why I'm considering changing them! What do you think? I think you should just do the 2 12 month planners. Maybe do pre-orders for the 18-month planners FIRST to get a gauge for how popular they will be. This will eliminate getting stuck with them and save you the headache on the backend.
Good idea, but 18 month planners make more sense imho

I like 12 month. Maybe start selling them early in this year. Are the habit checkers not coming back? They’re my favorite part of my planner this year.
I love the coloring page in the planner! I like an 18 month it allows you to look ahead.
I like 12 month because I get a new planner with new cover! The other one I’m stuck with it for 2 years. My vibe is constantly changing!

We like 15 month planners October to December!
Since you have leftover academic planners, it looks like your main customer may be those who follow a calendar year.
This 15-month reco is my favorite option too; it lets me transfer during Q4 when Q1 appointments for the following year start to ramp up.
If you really want to have an 18 month planner, I would change the months to Oct 2024 - Mar 2026.
I like 18 mo planners so you can plan ahead.

Based on the screen at time stamp 6:02 only 18% want the 18-month calendar. Based solely on the numbers your best business decision would be the 12-month planner. So if you take last year's total sales of planners and allow for an 18% decrease then you should have approximately a good number for your inventory. Unless you want to decrease by 20-25% to allow for a complete sellout and better profits.
I too prefer calendar year, so 12 months only.
I like 12 months but would really look at the historical date based on type of calendar and pattern, also Amazon to sees sales of calendars based on type, and include purchase date data to assist.
Hello, I have an advice your planner looking outside very good and stunning but inside is little poor with planning , please do more paper scheduling not only for weeks also for days of the week and insert inside them the goals and drinking water and some stickers you have also but some lines to write daily steps and dots near it so we can but mark ✅also including a priority and space to write our fave quotes or you can write done yours inside it , it will be very nice and lovely to purchasing by me and many other , due to the reason I always struggling with finding the year planner that have many pattens and many papers that are different and includes all what I want as a student and a housekeeper also as an artist , please take my note as a complement and a advice

I only use 12 month planners that are Jan-Dec of the same calendar year.
I prefer 12 month - keep it simple :)
I don’t like 18 month planners… not sure if I’m in the majority or minority though. I bought an undated planner this year.
It makes more business sense to do the 18 months so I think you for sure should do that! Your customers love your products and aren’t going elsewhere because you have an 18 month calendar. I say DO IT!
