I am so excited about this! I am just now starting to learn makeup at 17 as a visually impaired person and I think this can help a lot! Since it is more basic I can see how this can help teens like me who are interested in makeup!! I canât wait to see how this ilpiriges and evolves
I'm just now learning make up at 27, and a lot of it before you gain the confidence and learn the muscle memory of doing it every day is just trusting that somebody will tell you the truth about your make up. I'm scared I won't have applied something correctly and no one will tell me for fear of hurting my feelings and I walk out the house looking like a clown.this app will be so useful
Hi! My name is Samantha and I want to pitch my my business idea to lâOreal about a âskin care reader appâ that allows visually impaired people to have an easier makeup routine,by scanning their skincare products, the app would read the product name out loud allowing to to differentiate between your different makeup products.
It would also allow you to ask the app questions about the expiry date of the products, ingredients, precautions and more. Like a Siri but with expertise on skincare.
Do you think that app would be useful to you? Or are there already other apps that youâre using? Thank you!
This is fantastic. I am excited about the color matching, because I do have some usable vision but I am actually color blind, so that feature would be really really helpful for someone like me.
I am so excited to try this!!!
Hi so nice to see you back at what you are amazing at definitely going to give it a try đđđxxx
It's always a real treat to see a video from you pop up on my notifications
This was a great video and you look stunning as always I do like the sound of the app anything that helps helps
I hope that all is well with you and the family including Rosy obviously and with the journalism miss Lane
Have a great weekend xx
I am really excited about this. I've been blind my whole life, but never got super into makeup. However, I've considered dabbling in it some here recently. This app, when it's available in the US, will probably be really helpful for me. I live alone, and don't usually have someone who can check my makeup or help me with it. So this will be nice to have.
Thank you for sharing x Great video x
Hello my dear friend! I just wanted to send you a great big hug with lots of love your way! I hope all is well with you and your family. I hope you had a wonderful Valentineâs Day! You truly are a wonderful and beautiful and lovely person inside and out! Thank you again for another wonderful and awesome video! I always enjoy listening to your videos. Take care.
Hey Fashioneyesta, thanks so much for showing us how to use this, you are so amazing and you help me so much because I can always count on you to cheer me up and when I need info from other VI people,Iâm in high school in the U.S and I just started using a cane, and I found your video about being visually impaired a few years back when I was 8 or so and I was so excited and Iâve really dug into all of your other videos which have helped me a whole lot,I wanted to actually asked if you could maybe do a video on how you used a cane and just living confidently when you were in primary or secondary school because like I said I just started using a cane during my 8th grade year, thanks so much for all you do!
Thank you for demonstrating this app. A relative of mine has recently lost their sight and I think they may find this very helpful. I think the reason it kept saying your eyeshadow was darker on the left side is because the light in your room was coming slightly from the right, leaving the left side of your face slightly more in shadow. It must be sensitive to very subtle changes in skin pigment and lighting.
Love it love it LOVE IT Iâm obsessed and I donât even have it yet!
This is so neat! As a sighted person I am interested to see what it says about my foundation blending. I am always second guessing if it's really properly blended. This would be a great app for anyone starting their makeup journey but especially awesome for blind people!

I LOVE this idea and hope to see more of it, but it's incredibly disappointing that it's only available for blind iPhone users. I hope to see this on Android soon!
I would have loved to use this as I have a real problem with blending since becoming visually impaired but I only have android and it doesn't seem to be on the play store đ hoping they add it for android soon!
Hopefully they doo
Isn't makeup a form of personal style though? And style is subjective. I may love a really harsh contour and a winged eyeline like Any Winehouse. I don"t as much now I'm legally blind, but I used to use a very pale, almost white, foundation and gothic makeup. I'd be curious to know if the app does, or even can, take this into account. Or whether it just deals with "normal" makeup đ€
Looking forward it coming to android. Won't work on my older ipad.
Iâm so excited to try this app, but I have some facial asymmetry related to my blindness, and it will be interesting to see how the app handles that. Iâm also guessing that lighting needs to be really even to get a good result.
The link isnât working for me. Is this available in the United States?
I ran into the same issue with the link. According to an article I found on Google it's not available in the US at the moment.
Tried a number of times to get the app. I canât get it on my phone or my ipad.
