I think Berserk is a giant metaphor for sexual assault. The author was a survivor; his depiction of how powerless it renders your soul is the object of his work as it is the core pillar of the world soul. Our collective trauma from being living objects to have power exercised upon, sex and perversity are biological expressions of artefacts of the trauma of power, from the power of God weighing down on Angels, so they weigh on men and men on beast and those they make beasts of... The body keeps a score, one scar, one eye, one hand at a time.
I just realised that guts eyes as much pain as he is in looks like he has a soul. Where as griffith's eyes here look to have not a single thought of empathy, they look beyond lifeless. His eyes have a darkness to them. Even animals have a soul look in there eyes but griffith here is just completely evil.

Griffith was like the first person Guts opened up to and he even looked up to him in a way despite the two always trying to put the other in place but especially so on Griffith's side. He at least definitely saw Griffith as someone he could trust. Guts wanted to at first support Griffith's cause with blind trust just because he gave Guts a purpose in an otherwise empty and aimless life. As with everyone else, Guts fell right under Griffith's charms and gave him unwavering loyalty even when Griffith gave him reason to doubt him. Hell, the only reason Guts leaves the band of the hawk is to impress Griffith so he could be seen as an equal to him and therefore be his friend by becoming a leader himself and not just another blind follower. Even though it is revealed that Griffith isn't a great guy by any means at this point, Guts can't see through to the reality until its far too late and Griffith is so far gone into his lust for power that there really is no way to go back. In the clip he is crying because not only is the love of his life being violated right in front of him but it's also the man he considered a friend doing it. Someone he poured so much of himself into, looked up to and even trusted which is a big deal for Guts. He would have given his life for Griffith and here he was taking it from him. So in this very moment the clip shows his transition into real hatred and not just the dispassionate rage he felt towards all the other monsters in the series. The only reason he feels it so deeply for him is because not too long ago that was someone he cared for. And now instead of following his dream of finding himself he instead dedicates himself to enacting revenge on Griffith, devoting himself to this cause in a way is him spiting the very speech he overheard Griffith giving which spurred him to try to better himself. No, instead this is the moment where he turns it all around. He swears to be his equal but it isn't so he can befriend him but so he can best him. And I honestly believe he is still doing it as a way to impress him even though I think it isn't really a conscious decision on Guts part, but even in this new messed up way he is still devoted to Griffith. It just got all twisted up with how things went between the two of them. More than anything I think Guts wanted someone to see him as an equal, who really understands him. And yes he has love and forms friendships through the series but there was no one he clicked with like Griffith. I would even daresay they saw a bit of themselves in each other since they went through similar traumatic events but they both turned out to handle the trauma very differently. So it has to hurt knowing this guy he would have legit died for, that he was doing everything possible to try to prove himself to has disposed of him so easily and made it a point to make it a giant "Fuck you!" to him. So all in all, TLDR, in my opinion this song sorta captures the friend to nemesis pipeline Guts experienced in the brief "friendship" he had with Griffith. I think he has a love/hate for him still yet and is why he devotes himself to getting back at him so he can prove he is his equal just in a hella toxic way now. but hey. im probably reading too much into it. I tend to do that
